Vacation rentals with a patio in Big Sur

This place was just what we needed for a weekend away as a couple. We are local to SLO County and know we live in a gorgeous place so we didn’t have to look too far! This place had the best view, open floor plan, modern esthetics, well maintained, very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Loved the coziness of the fireplace, the option to go outside on the deck, weather permitting. Loved the list of favorites she put together. WiFi and smart tv was effortless. Easy check in/out. Lisa was very accommodating as we booked last minute. Wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Michelle was highly responsive and had clear instructions with pictures for checking in. The place is high tech and clean, and provided all the necessities. Neighborhood is nice with a private back alley for the residents to park and the back alley itself was quite spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The home was well maintained and cared for. We appreciated the ease of being able to contact the host and the extensive instructions plus the simple checkin. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to use the tv. We were able to feel comfortable in the space for our short stay.

Evan’s place is amazing! Steps from the beach, Capitola restaurants & shops, all the things. Parking that is included with stay is awesome perk w/ this place, as it is a small area & when crowded, parking can be tough. The view from the front window cannot be beat & there’s even a back balcony with ocean view! Evan was very responsive & helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!

We were recently in town for a wedding. We booked the house for us and friends to be at one place, get ready together. Teresa was a great host! We appreciated the big rooms and great kitchen and patio! This house is gorgeous on the inside, has all the bells and the whistles. Would love to book again!

Perfect place for my kids and family. We had four adults and two kids and plenty more room! Place felt cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. Blocks away from Costco and the mall including lots of places to eat. Only a few minutes from major parks and things to do. Jiayi was incredibly accommodating and very kind.

We had the pleasure of staying at David’s place for several months while searching for a permanent home in the area, and it was truly the perfect fit. The house is exceptionally well-equipped, offering all the amenities needed to make us feel comfortable and at ease from day one. David, the host, was fantastic—responsive and proactive. He helped arrange cleaning services, and when we encountered a minor issue, it was resolved within hours. His attention to detail made our stay seamless. Wonderful place to stay! So clean and the host did so much to make us feel at home and comfortable. They left a gift basket with wine and assorted goodies and plenty of coffee for the coffee maker. They even left a fresh baked loaf of sourdough outside our rental one morning! Will definitely mark this Airbnb for our next visit to California!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Joanne's place in Seascape! This was a Christmas gift for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, and you can see the ocean from the condo. The space was very comfortable for our group of five adults, with room to relax in the living room and eat together at the dining table. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals. One standout feature was the projector, which was a great addition for movie nights. The only downside was that the WiFi connection for the projector was a bit spotty. Joanne was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

LOVE this apartment and location! This place was spacious, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! I really appreciated this AirBnB because it's located in an apartment-like complex, so we didn't have to walk through anyone's backyard or worry about limited parking. Check in was easy and we didn't have to deal with any third parties or waiting for owners. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Have been to many Airbnb's around the world, honestly, Ken's place is THE BEST we have ever stayed. It is literally squeaky clean everywhere, even inside the cabinets. :) The place is so well-stocked, from makeup remover, and feminine products in the bathroom, to tape, grocery bags, highlighters, and scissors in the kitchen. There are also a lot of extra linens and towels if needed. The only thing I can think of is show caps. The house is decorated with very good taste. Parking is only steps to the house's entrance, which is private, yet close to the street. The house is only a 3-minute walk from the restaurant where I had the best clam chowder in a long time. The beach is also only one block away. There was even some food for us in the refrig The communication is very easy and fast. Ken always replied within an hour or two. He also granted our special request. Overall, a solid 5 stars! We will definitely stay here again if we come again. We actually already recommend it to our family.

Mayela is an outstanding host - extremely responsive and always replies to messages instantly. She hosted us at a cozy 2 bedroom condo and it was perfect for our longer stay until we waited for the house renovations to finish. The condo comes completely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo which was convenient. This is a great place to stay - very close to Walmart and Costco and a bunch of great restaurants in walking distance.
