Vacation rentals with a patio in Bettendorf

It's a great place to stay! Don't hesitate to book. We had a lovely time checking out antiques and thrift stores.

I greatly enjoyed my 9-day stay, this was my first solo Airbnb experience and I will certainly reconsider booking them again. The studio was much larger than the pictures gave credit for, the inside was decorated minimally but with the essentials (ironing board, vacuum, patio, heat, desk and writing utensils. The hosts were incredibly responsive and assisted me with all my needs. I fell in-love with this studio, I wish it were my own!

What a lovely place for a family gathering with our local college-aged children! The view is breathtaking and the house was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed. Our family lives an active lifestyle, so the walkable location to downtown Le Claire was ideal! The local wine tasting at Wide River Winery was fun for all of us, too! Amber was a very responsive host, and we couldn’t have been happier with this house!

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment me and my family arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout the house. The house was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot with a wonderful host. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

The house was exactly what we were looking for, a nice peaceful retreat with a great location. It is clean and show quality with new appliances, extremely comfy mattresses in all of the bedrooms, and plenty of light. It was also well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and baths. Scott was also extremely responsive and helpful. We ran out of propane on the BBQ at 8pm on a Saturday night and he responded immediately and brought and installed replacement propane within a matter of minutes. He was also flexible and worked with me on a late check out. Definitely recommend!

Nice place for us to rest as we were not there much Safe neighborhood and just what we needed

This is the second time we've stayed at Peter's house. We had a great experience the first time, and we had a great experience this time as well. He is a very good communicator so it's an easy process. I assume there's little that needs to be said beyond that we'll be back a third time as well.

Trisha is a fantastic host. The house is absolutely incredible. We had an issue where we broke something of hers and she worked with us to remedy the situation while staying very professional and always working with us to find a solution. Trisha probably wouldn’t have us back but I would stay at any of her properties.

very unique place near the quad cities. great value overall. the river and outside situation was slightly disappointing due to the amount of mud that came with fishing. All of the outdoor chairs were not in working condition but there were enough logs to make do.

My wife and I stayed at Steve's Port Byron Condo for a winter getaway during a cold weekend. The condo appeared to have modern construction and was well insulated and heated. Perfect. The view of the river allowed us to see the Mississippi ice-up overnight while staying warm inside. The sun hitting the Iowa shore across the river was neat to watch during sunrise. We saw an occasional bald eagle soar along the river. We could also see trains on the other side. (Although there are train tracks adjacent to the condo, we didn't see or hear any trains use them during our stay.) No barge traffic this time of year - but the location would be perfect for seeing river traffic at other times of the year The nearby Tugger's restaurant had great food and was easily walkable. In addition to seeing eagles from the condo, we were able to view eagles at the dams downstream. Great views of eagles resting in the trees behind the boat ramp parking lot for Dam No. 14 on the Iowa side.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Sara has thoughtfully prepared some books for children. It makes us feel like home. And the place is very convenient to go everywhere. I definitely recommend people to rent this condo.

Had an issue with no living room tv remote, host had one sent in a few hours while we were out, love the location and can’t beat ground floor no steps and loading luggage from vehicle in garage right into condo, so nice for my elderly husband. Suggested a few minor fixes, replace travel coffee maker with a full size and new linens and pillows for master bedroom, we will be back when visiting the area, greatly appreciate being pet friendly, and so much to do in the area , close to everything,
