Vacation rentals with a patio in Bettendorf

The Lone Star Loft is absolutely incredible! It is beautifully decorated and is the cleanest place we've stayed over many, many years of booking VRBO and Airbnb properties. We have taken annual mini-vacations to Le Claire since 2017 and the location of the Lone Star Loft is perfect for the places we love to visit, including the Mississippi River Distilling Company. The garage parking spot was icing on the cake. We will definitely be back to the Lone Star Loft or one of Sheila's other Le Claire properties!

This stay had been more than I bargained for , it was roomy and clean with a lot of amenities not even mentioned . You can wake in the morning and lounge with just you and your coffee on the porch or in the kitchen without disrupting any of your guests , or sit out in the yard and listen to the birds squabble over thier next meal . the Kitchen was clean modern Dishes and cooking pans to whip up your own dishes especially with restaraunt prices its a big plus , modern appliances , and a laundromat right at your feet so need to have clothes piling up . Wifi worked especially well no glitches outages etc . a plus and parking is available darn near at your door step , this is definately a great stay Thanks to Antonio who was always available even if was to ask the simplest questions .

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Casey’s place! The property was pristine, with all amenities precisely as described. Casey was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful. I really loved my stay here! The guest suite was so clean when I arrived and there were little goodies in the room that made my stay even better! I also really appreciated the welcome booklet which offered some recommendations for what to do in the area. The free breakfast and other amenities were very convenient as was the in-unit laundry. It was also nice having a smart tv in the room to connect to my own streaming. The host was so kind, as were all the other residents. Check in was also very easy. I definitely recommend staying here whether it be short term or for months!

This place more than lived up to my expectations for my stay! It was very cozy and honestly felt like a home from the moment I got there. It had everything I needed, and was extremely comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the QC area!

We had car trouble and Aaron was concerned more concerned about us arriving safely. The house was comfortable for the winter weather. The bathroom and kitchen had Everything we needed for a late arrival and not wanting to go to the store. However, there is a dollar general literally walking distance. I have a sister who is handicapped and rode the bus there from Moline, She was able to visit because of the ramp in front of the house! That was So helpful! We also had flat tires that Aaron willingly helped us with. He also plowed the driveway after it snowed. Everything was within 15 minutes of the airbnb as well which was so convenient. The interstate was not far from there either. It was such a comfortable experience. When we come back we will look forward to staying there again!

What a lovely place for a family gathering with our local college-aged children! The view is breathtaking and the house was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed. Our family lives an active lifestyle, so the walkable location to downtown Le Claire was ideal! The local wine tasting at Wide River Winery was fun for all of us, too! Amber was a very responsive host, and we couldn’t have been happier with this house!

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

Our stay at the Hill Hurst home fit our needs very well! Perfect location; close to our niece's wedding venue and other family visiting members. Andrew's recommendations to restaurants, fun activities were well received. Location was close to shopping areas for groceries and necessary items. Plenty of household space, beds for family members and parking area for our 3 vehicles. We were able to enjoy time as a family in a nice "home setting" instead of in separate hotel rooms. Overall, we had a fun, stress free weekend. THANK YOU, Andrew, for sharing the history of your family home as well as the house!

Scott's farmhouse is warm and inviting. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax and the back covered deck was private and quiet for morning coffee and reading. So close to downtown with easy access to The Vibrant Arena and restaurants. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

We had a short but lovely stay at Peter’s place! It was exactly what we needed in a great location near the shops and restaurants in the village of East Davenport. We had everything we needed and were especially thankful for the great kitchen with space and everything we needed. Peter was extremely helpful and responsive and we would definitely stay again!

Trisha is a fantastic host. The house is absolutely incredible. We had an issue where we broke something of hers and she worked with us to remedy the situation while staying very professional and always working with us to find a solution. Trisha probably wouldn’t have us back but I would stay at any of her properties.

The home was beautiful and had all of the necessary amenities. it's on the 2nd floor of a bar with a band which was fun to enjoy but also need to plan for it. you could hear the music in the room but not the sound of the crowd. Steve also included noise machines in each bedroom which was so thoughtful. excellent! we'll be back!

The place was wonderful, very close to ALOT of things to do. We had a wonderful experience and would stay again if/when in the area again. Clean, Clean, Clean and that means ALOT. great neighborhood. Can't say enough about this place 5 🌟 all the way!

Had an issue with no living room tv remote, host had one sent in a few hours while we were out, love the location and can’t beat ground floor no steps and loading luggage from vehicle in garage right into condo, so nice for my elderly husband. Suggested a few minor fixes, replace travel coffee maker with a full size and new linens and pillows for master bedroom, we will be back when visiting the area, greatly appreciate being pet friendly, and so much to do in the area , close to everything,
