Family-friendly vacation rentals in Berlin

Flexible check-in, Henry & his wife were very nice and hospitable. Great with kids as they can play outside without worry. We were able to cook there and make ourselves comfortable. We were 2 children, 2 adults & a baby. We found it very cozy.

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

Stefan's place was an absolutely perfect base for our stay in Berlin. Nice quiet neighbourhood. 5 minutes walk to the train/tram. Multiple supermarkets also a short walk away. Beautiful historical building, superbly renovated. Absolutely everything you might need in the kitchen. Super comfortable living room, nice TV. Great shower. Super comfortable bed. Another major highlight is the man himself, Stefan (Dago Fan). He was there to greet us and always quick to reply with any questions we had. Super friendly, some great conversations had, good recommendations and stories about the area. Highly recommend Stefan's place in lovely Karlshorst. 5 stars. Highly recommended

We felt very comfortable. Our granddaughter especially loved the nets on the top floor, she called them sloth nets because you could lie around so nicely in them. We've mastered the ladder to the top, but it's certainly a challenge for some. Overall a very nice place to stay for a larger family.

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is really large, cozy, plenty of space and everything you need. We will be happy to come back. Two beds are easy to put in the living room, so you have three bedrooms if needed.

Great views of the city. Welcoming neighbors. Nice outdoor playground and lots of cars, trains, cranes, towers, etc. to look at from the window. (For our little son). Note: Not security lock on the windows. Ivos always responded quickly and politely and was very helpful.

My parents stayed at the airbnb and they had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and tidy, we got clear instructions, and the apartment is full of everything needed for a short or long stay. Public transport is close by. We would gladly come back and recommend.

good place to spend the holiday

Nice apartment, very clean, in a very quiet residential area (we were there on New Year's Eve!). Without a car, we reached Berlin in just 1 hour by public transport, bus station right next to the accommodation, night bus also. We highly recommend it.

We had the best stay, was a perfect apartment for a girls trip, was super clean, lots of areas to get ready, lots of mirrors and places to sleep. Would highly recommend 😁

beautiful cozy apartment in an extremely beautiful location. Subway can be reached in 5 minutes by car and then by train to Berlin,you can reach the hotspots wonderfully. We felt very comfortable,would rent this apartment again at any time. Especially the really nice outdoor area was very appealing. The contact was friendly and uncomplicated. A colleague and I used the place during a congress. We felt comfortable, the apartment looked like the pictures and the host thought of many loving little things, like coffee, hair dryer or shampoo. The residential area is not particularly nice, but the location is very good on the S-Bahn and very convenient for us. We can very well imagine coming back for the next congress.

We loved the place! An apartment at the first floor, with everything one could wish for including coffee both expresso machine with beans provided by the host, and nesspresso with capsules, also provided by the host! I have never seen a such well endowed kitchen, plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, all size and shapes. We got a welcome cake and wine, and water, which were very good and welcome as we got late in the afternoon at the apartment. The place was very nicely decorated with care and attention to details, and for a family is the perfect place to stay in Berlin as it is close to bus station and also to supermarkets. The pool and sauna are a nice touch and also very clean and with all the towels and bathrobes needed. The yard was nice but it was too cold to use it, but in the summer should be great to sit outside in the evenings. Thank you Marga, we loved our vacation in Berlin and staying in your apartment was one of the highlights of our journey.

The apartment is located in a quiet corner of Berlin. The train station is right outside the door and you can get to the city center quickly. Katharina is a great host who helped me a lot through her flexibility.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Great place and felt like a home away from home!

Anna’s place was perfect. Great location combined to a superb apartment. This is going to be our choice for future Berlin visits.

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in! The appartement is beautiful, spacious and full of light. Location is great, in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. Last but not least, Stefan is the perfect host! He was super reactive, flexible with time of arrival/departure and made sure that everything went well during our stay. I 100% recommend this Airbnb and hope to stay here again the next time I’ll be in Berlin.

Apartment within a hotel, best of two worlds. Squeaky clean and daily service. Reception is available for any question. Breakfast (very good) is available if wanted. Unlike many Airbnb the kitchen has limited basic supplies for cooking. It didn’t bother me at all as had no intention of eating in. The apartment is very very warm even with the heating fully off.

Great place, well equipped and feels like home! Easy to connect with bahn. Martin in super friendly person!
