The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can be booked at any time with me.

The apartment in a separate house offers Sleeping accommodation for 3 people, cosiness and leisure to enjoy eating in a kitchen with a view of the outdoors, plenty of peace and quiet and small seating in the covered entrance area. Shower and toilet are provided. You can rent bikes at the nearby shop. Villa Hühnchen is a summer house - so it is not for rent in the winter months. We live in the front building.
