Great stay in Berlin, the apartment makes it easy to discover all the attractions of the city center. The parking space is great and allows you to leave the car safely during the stay. The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped and well-heated, and has very good bedding. The best for recovering after a long day of sightseeing! I won't hesitate to rent this apartment again if I come back to Berlin. Thank you Sven for hosting us.

As always it was lovely to stay here. I had the gold apartment on the second floor, which is my favourite because there is more light and a nicer view onto the courtyard (but both are nice). We had an issue with the door which was a bit of a pain but Kristina was very responsive and because it would not be fixed before I left, I was offered another room. The TV now has various streaming services (Prime Video, Netflix etc), which is nice when you are exhausted and want to relax a little. And as always too, it was super quiet at night, despite the lively Kiez outside with the restaurants and cafes all around.

An indoor pool area is featured, surrounded by large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. Several lounge chairs with towels are arranged beside the pool. A wooden sauna is visible in the background, adding a wellness element to the environment.

Apartment within a hotel, best of two worlds. Squeaky clean and daily service. Reception is available for any question. Breakfast (very good) is available if wanted. Unlike many Airbnb the kitchen has limited basic supplies for cooking. It didn’t bother me at all as had no intention of eating in. The apartment is very very warm even with the heating fully off.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Circus Apartments :-) It was in an ideal location for our stay in Berlin. Close to public transportation, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, with an added bonus of a wonderful cafe attached to the hotel with fantastic food! The staff at the hotel and the cafe were all very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again in the future.

location of this place was ideal. quiet area close to transport and/or walking distance to the places we wanted to see. keys were not in box as stated for us to drop baggage off which delayed us some what. The host contacted us back within a few hours and we were able to then gain keys. I found the host very helpful and polite. Property was everything we needed. would recommend.

Really nice apartment with everything you need. Well decorated. We were 5 people and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super good and easy communication with Ben and Simon. An extra plus every day to get small gifts/greetings. Also worked really well to be able to rent bikes through Ben and Simon. We'd love to come back another time

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Airbnb apartment and it was a consistently positive experience. From the first second we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant right from the start. The apartment itself was stylish and tastefully decorated. It was clean and well maintained, which gave us a feeling of home. The amenities left nothing to be desired: The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking meals, and the cozy sitting area invited you to relax after a long day. The location of the apartment is particularly noteworthy. It was wonderfully located so we could reach a lot on foot. At the same time, it was in a quiet area, which ensured a pleasant night's rest. We will be back 😊 Thanks!!

So close to so many delicious places to eat. You can walk everywhere and is literally across the street from the elevated train and bus stop. It feels so safe and airy and roomy. The beds were so comfy and the apartment so cozy and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you need to make an easy meal and is super clean. It is a little noisy like other guests have mentioned but it didn’t bother us at all. It’s very close to everything. We walked to all the sites and felt right at home! Would love to stay again!

A really good apartment with plenty of room for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. Everything was clean and tidy, good beds, and all the essentials for everyday life. The location was central and close to most sights. There were always free parking spaces in the neighborhood. Many options for dining nearby. Of less good things about the apartment and as a constructive criticism, it could be mentioned that, among other things, the water pressure was poor in the shower (maybe because of lime?) and it took a very long time for the hot water to come out of the faucet. Otherwise, thank you very much for a comfortable stay, in a good apartment, in a quiet neighborhood. I would come again if we travel to Berlin in the future.

Very nice accommodation in the most beautiful neighborhood in Berlin. Beautiful, connected and quiet. Perfect spaces in the house. Some minor improvements can be made as always having to deal with message-based support is not always so effective. Overall, I'd go back.

We had a great time staying at Sven's place. From the outset Sven was very communicative and kindly arranged for us to leave our bags at the apartment before we checked in as we arrived early. The kitchen is small (a galley kitchen) but manages to pack in everything you will need. The beds were comfortable and despite us being in a built up area it was very quiet at night. The location is excellent with a metro station literally outside and two others very close by. It's not a particulary 'pretty' area but it has all the amenities you will need with bakeries and supermarkets and some good take-out places. We stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and everything suited us great.

A cozy living area features a dark gray sofa and an armchair, complemented by a round coffee table. A forest-themed mural creates a calming backdrop, while a soft rug adds texture to the space. Magazines and a bottle are casually placed on the table.

Great space and location. Only thing is there was no AC and no big windows to open in the main area so it was a little toasty during the day so we kept the front door open for a breeze. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy

This apartment has every amenity and is perfectly outfitted. Unlike many places there was ample closet and clothes storage space. The bed was almost too comfortable! Clean and spacious and highly recommended.

Fantastic location, super central. The room was clean and beautiful and a huge bathtub in the middle – phenomenal. The essentials that were available (whether coffee or tea, additional fresh towels or the water in the room) were also a great service. And the roof terrace. 🤩We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Thank you!
