Family-friendly vacation rentals in Berlin

Flexibler Check in, Henry & seine Frau waren sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Super mit Kindern da diese draußen ohne sorge spielen können. Wir konnten dort kochen und es uns gemütlich machen. Wir waren 2 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene & ein Baby. Wir Fanden es sehr gemütlich.

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

Stefan's place was an absolutely perfect base for our stay in Berlin. Nice quiet neighbourhood. 5 minutes walk to the train/tram. Multiple supermarkets also a short walk away. Beautiful historical building, superbly renovated. Absolutely everything you might need in the kitchen. Super comfortable living room, nice TV. Great shower. Super comfortable bed. Another major highlight is the man himself, Stefan (Dago Fan). He was there to greet us and always quick to reply with any questions we had. Super friendly, some great conversations had, good recommendations and stories about the area. Highly recommend Stefan's place in lovely Karlshorst. 5 stars. Highly recommended

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unserer Enkelin hat besonders die Netze in der obersten Etage geliebt, sie hießen bei ihr Faultiernetze, weil man da so schön faul drin rumliegen konnte. Die Leiter nach ganz oben haben wir bewältigt, ist aber sicher für einige eine Herausforderung. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für eine größere Familie.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, gemütlich, viel Platz und alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Zwei Betten lassen sich leicht ins Wohnzimmer stellen, so dass man bei Bedarf drei Schlafzimmer hat.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, sauber, Ulrike und Familie war sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Flot udsigt over byen. Imødekommende naboer. Fin udendørs legeplads og masser af biler, tog, kraner, tårne mm at kigge på fra vinduet. (For vores lille søn). Obs! Ikke sikkerheds lås på vinduerne. Ivos svarede altid hurtigt og høfligt og var meget hjælpsom.

My parents stayed at the airbnb and they had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and tidy, we got clear instructions, and the apartment is full of everything needed for a short or long stay. Public transport is close by. We would gladly come back and recommend.

good place to spend the holiday

Bel appartement, très propre, dans quartier résidentiel très calme (nous y étions la nuit du nouvel an!). Sans voiture, nous rejoignions Berlin en à peine 1h en transport en commun, station de bus tout a côté du logement, bus de nuit également. Nous recommandons vivement.

We had the best stay, was a perfect apartment for a girls trip, was super clean, lots of areas to get ready, lots of mirrors and places to sleep. Would highly recommend 😁

schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung in einer ausgesprochenen schönen Lage. U - Bahn mit dem Auto in 5 min erreichbar und dann mit der Bahn fein nach Berlin,man erreicht die Hotspots wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder anmieten. Vor allem der wirklich schöne Außenbereich war sehr ansprechend.Der Kontakt war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist voll eingerichtet. Man hat das Gefühl bei Freunden zu wohnen. Roumiana war sehr freundlich, hat immer gleich geantwortet. Es gab ausreichend Zimmer, einen Garten mit Sitzmöbeln. Lidl und S- Bhf waren schnell über eine Abkürzung zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Eine Kollegin und ich haben die Unterkunft während eines Kongresses genutzt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern und der Gastgeber hat an viele liebevolle Kleinigkeiten gedacht, wie Kaffee, Föhn oder ein Shampoo. Die Wohngegend ist nicht besonders schön, aber die Lage sehr gut an der S-Bahn gelegen und für uns sehr praktisch. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, für den nächsten Kongress wieder zu kommen.

We loved the place! An apartment at the first floor, with everything one could wish for including coffee both expresso machine with beans provided by the host, and nesspresso with capsules, also provided by the host! I have never seen a such well endowed kitchen, plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, all size and shapes. We got a welcome cake and wine, and water, which were very good and welcome as we got late in the afternoon at the apartment. The place was very nicely decorated with care and attention to details, and for a family is the perfect place to stay in Berlin as it is close to bus station and also to supermarkets. The pool and sauna are a nice touch and also very clean and with all the towels and bathrobes needed. The yard was nice but it was too cold to use it, but in the summer should be great to sit outside in the evenings. Thank you Marga, we loved our vacation in Berlin and staying in your apartment was one of the highlights of our journey.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke von Berlin. Die Bahnstation ist direkt vor der Tür und man kommt schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Katharina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die mir durch ihre Flexibilität sehr geholfen hat.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Rémi s’est montré très accueillant, ses instructions étaient très claires et l’appartement fut supérieur à nos attentes étant « plus grand » que ce que nous pensions avec les photos!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in! The appartement is beautiful, spacious and full of light. Location is great, in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. Last but not least, Stefan is the perfect host! He was super reactive, flexible with time of arrival/departure and made sure that everything went well during our stay. I 100% recommend this Airbnb and hope to stay here again the next time I’ll be in Berlin.

Apartment within a hotel, best of two worlds. Squeaky clean and daily service. Reception is available for any question. Breakfast (very good) is available if wanted. Unlike many Airbnb the kitchen has limited basic supplies for cooking. It didn’t bother me at all as had no intention of eating in. The apartment is very very warm even with the heating fully off.

Great place, well equipped and feels like home! Easy to connect with bahn. Martin in super friendly person!
