It's across from ministry of internal affairs (24hours police surveillance), Kloster Straße U-Bahn is outside of the building, Alexanderplatz train station 700m away.

I was visiting an institute in Freidrichschagen so very convenient. It's a very comfortable location, easy to get into central Berlin by train. Apartment was very clean, sunny, well furnished - a good apartment to come home to each day. Hosts were very welcoming and attentive. We would certainly stay again!

We had a perfect stay at Raphael and Leo's apartment! The apartment is large, clean, well-maintained and quiet. Kitchen is well equipped and everything works. The bathroom is clean and the shower is pleasant and works. Communication with the hosts was easy and fast. At check-in, the instructions were not precise enough and we had to wait about 30 minutes. This could improve. All in all, we had a great vacation in Berlin. Many thanks to Raphael and Leo!!

Wonderful place in Berlin. If you are wanting a place by the river close enough to center city but far enough away for some peace and quiet this is your place. Close to grocery stores, metro, pharmacies and trains! Nitin was communicative and even provided photos to assist with check in and checkout.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at Sandra’s place and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and has absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay. You feel at home the moment you walk in. The location is just perfect — surrounded by a bunch of fantastic restaurants, cozy bars, and creative shops. There’s always something interesting just around the corner. We really liked the neighborhood and the location. Sandra was wonderful — super flexible and always available when we needed something. That kind of host really makes a difference, and we appreciated it so much. I can genuinely recommend this apartment more than 100%! And the price is more than fair for everything you get. Would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is almost better than the pictures show, it was so tidy, clean and thoughtful that it felt like coming to a hotel. We traveled with two adults and three kids and got no problem. The kids loved the two big tv's! The area is calm and quiet with several well-kept and fun playgrounds. Across the street there is a grocery store and a few steps away two more grocery stores. It was easy both to get into central Berlin and to the airport, there was a bus stop right outside the apartment and a little bit further away an S-bahn station. This home is really recommended and exceeded all our expectations, if we go back to Berlin we would like to stay here again!

This was one of our best airbnb experiences! Christiane's apartment is absolutely wonderful - very modern, bright, big, and inviting! We felt right at home. Also, the location was ideal for us. Close to our family and also close to lovely places such as "Wiener Conditorei" or "Lindner" :-) Christiane was a perfect host from A to Z. Loved how welcoming she was & how kind she was in her communication. We definitely recommend Christiane and her wonderful airbnb to anyone staying in this part of town! And thanks again for everything, Christiane!
