Cabin vacation rentals in Bedford

This was our third time staying with Cambridgeshire Lakes and still very happy with the accommodation and the team running it. Always feel at home in their cabins and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful.

It's exactly as the pictures are - lovely and quiet. Will was a really good host, very responsive and was super helpful when setting up the hot tub etc. The Airbnb is really well located for what we wanted, we spent the day at Bletchley Park which was great. If you're staying for more than a couple of nights and have the capacity to I would pack some extra pillows and cushions. The bed is pretty good considering that it's the table too. The perfect place for a short stay away!

From beginning to the end - great communication. There was a small issue with the hot tub on arrival, but they were already on it. It really was a lovely place and relaxing; well equipped. Pub was an 18 minute walk, but nice following the reservoir. Watch out for the pub opening times and when they serve food! For coffee and a snack try Dusty's in a neighbouring village.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay. The decor is lovely inside and the decking on the waters edge surrounded by wildlife just makes it perfect. Highly recommend and lots to do also. 10 of 10 👌

What a wonderful place to stay! The lodge is lovely and so spacious. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to use the hot tub but it looked fab. Lovely to be able to take the dogs, even if the fields full of rabbits did create rather a lot of excited barking from the 1 year old. I would definitely recommend a visit here and hope to return in the future.

Would definitely recommend to others. Super responsive host prior to arrival, and also helped hugely with a heating issue that got fixed quickly. We had a good stay, it suited our needs

Had a gorgeous stay at wisteria lodge! My first time using Airbnb and I wasn’t at all disappointed. We stayed at Helen and johns lodge for a much needed getaway this weekend and couldn’t have been more impressed. The lodge had everything we needed! We particularly liked using the tennis court and rackets and balls were even provided by Helen. Thank you guys very much

Great place and just what we needed. George and Oli were great hosts, responsive and very helpful throughout. We’re back again soon for another few weeks.

Our stay could have not been better. Val communicated to us from the very beginning. Once we got in there everything we needed was just there. Every detail was taken care off, from little chocolates for our arrival, to the position of the chairs at the terrace overlooking the field and sheep’s. We had the chance to meet the hosts and enjoy some conversations with them. The goats and chickens really do add up to the experience. It delta like a little bubble we would love to come back to.

Super clean property, had all the amenities we needed for our stay and the host was incredibly accommodating for our needs! Clear instructions were sent over on how to check in and out and easy access to the property meant we had a stress free stay and was just what we needed as staying for a local event.

It was a really lovely stay! Check in was easy - only thing I’d say is that the key kept getting stuck in the door. We asked the pub for some assistance and they said they always have the same issue but came to help us. Beautiful location, great facilities, would really happily stay again!

I booked this as a gaming retreat for my friend and I as a mini-stag and it was so much more than we had hoped. Super peaceful, the Alpacas and Sheep were lovely to pet and we were given carrots to feed them which was a great treat. The golf cart was a lovely novelty too. We were really well looked after before and upon arrival. The cabin is located in a private and secluded area with it's own grounds, lake and outdoor areas with a large firepit. It is very well appointed and clean with more than enough space for just us two. I'd love to bring the family here but dogs aren't welcome, other than this, the place is a perfect little retreat and I 100% recommend. Thank you, Mel!
