Rui ‘s communication was extremely good. I only had two small problems and they were resolved very quickly. He was very helpful and obliging indeed and so too was the cleaner who came in to deliver me a couple of items. The flat was well equipped and for us ideally situated.

Had a great stay. Very easy to deal with and had everything we needed. Quiet area. Great instructions and everything was self explanatory.

Amanda was an amazing host always responsive to my questions. I lived in this house for around 2 months. It was a bit pricy however worth the money. Very clean and lot of amenities. The location is very close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. I enjoyed this house a lot.

Jordan’s place was great. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe. Jordan was very responsive and friendly, the place was clean and it was very walkable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

Amanda's accommodation was exactly as described. Clean & extremely comfortable. We found the flat very easily and all the amenities we close by and very well stocked. Amanda supplied a folder with lots of tips, how to operate appliances and it was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our time in Cambrige and the Park & Ride was great. We will definitely pay Amanda another visit when we plan another up in the area. I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. We arrived earlier than expected and Gerald was happy to show us in before the scheduled time which was really helpful. The place had everything that we needed and was spotless. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

Chris is very responsive. I felt safe leaving my family when I was away at work the week I was there. I appreciated the space and the ability to make our own meals.

Great place to stay. Looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Vanessa was lovely and met me and my dogs upon arrival. The little additions of food that she left for us were great, and the garden was just perfect for my dogs. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is a really lovely apartment. Absolutely spotless and great location for a family - few min walk to a sainsbury's, a cafe, library, playground and skate park. My kids loved watching the football practices going on at the pitch opposite from the balcony. The only feedback I'd give is that the curtains are quite light and let in a lot of sun, in case that bothers you for babies etc. The windows only open a crack and it's a 3rd floor apartment so it may be very warm in the summer. I went in April and the place was already warm as the sun set. There's only one fan in the living area, so I'd suggest the bedrooms will get a bit stuffy at night in summer. Other than that, the place is perfect!

I absolutely loved Felicity's apartment. The location is great - walkable to everywhere but still very peaceful. A wonderful outdoor terrace. Many personal touches to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place and the pictures don’t do it justice!! A haven in the middle of nature but with spacious modern apartment and the outside area is completely amazing!! Rosalind was really helpful and responsive and even though you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere due to the views and peaceful surroundings, it’s only a few minutes to the shops and some lovely pubs!! Will definitely go back!!

It was great to stay at Greg’s place for a second time. AirBnB is as described. Greg is a great, friendly host who is very responsive to any questions or queries we had. We let him know one of the radiators did not work and he immediately brought over an electric heater. Highly recommend his place!

This was a great stay in Robert and Deborah's nicely furnished condo. Space was bright, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 8 nights while visiting family in Cambridge and will try to stay here again on future visits. Check-in was easy and communication with the hosts was excellent. It's a one bedroom flat but very spacious with a good sized kitchen a work area in the bedroom, and a comfortable living room overlooking the street scene below
