Waterfront vacation rentals in Bayshore Gardens

First of all, Holly is the best host we've ever had - we've rented several vacation homes through this platform (and the other popular one) and we've had many great hosts, so this says a lot. She was so responsive, and check-in/check-out was so easy. This condo is likely the best one in the complex - top floor (there is an elevator), end unit with a huge balcony, so you have an amazing view of the bay. We loved that it had 2 couches for ample seating (most in this complex only had 1). The bed in the master was very comfortable (didn't use the second bedroom). There was a ton of beach stuff in the closet - including chairs, an ice chest, pool noodles, and even a wagon!!!! The pool was the perfect temp - not too hot, not too cold. It was convenient to everything - we walked to Treasure Island Beach across the street, down to Sloppy Joes for dinner (in the Bilmar hotel next to the beach), and to the Publix grocery store directly next door. We would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Luz’s place and just left already missing it. We visited Tampa solely to see our friends that moved down here; so the location was perfect for where we wanted to go. If you are looking to be in downtown Tampa, this place is not for you. However, it is only a short drive away. After hurricane helen and Milton we were skeptical of what amenities would be avaible. Upon arriving, we realized that the beach bar and pool were open which was amazing. We spent few nights at the tiki bar and lounging by the pool. Do note that at the time we went (early December) they were still doing repairs for the beach, so that was not open, but the drive to Clearwater is beautiful and well worth it. Overall an amazing stay; the place was very clean and had everything two people would need for a getaway. I would highly recommend booking, and when we come back to visit our friends, we are going to stay here again!!! 10/10!!!

We spent Thanksgiving week and absolutely loved it. The condo exceeded expectations. The sunsets were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals. Very cozy condo and great beds.

Great 7 night stay. Great location. Unit met all our needs. Very clean and having two restaurants in walking distance was great. Would stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at Carlos’s place! He was an outstanding host, always making sure I had everything I needed. One thing that stood out was how thoughtful he was about the little details. Knowing I love fishing, he went out of his way to ensure I had a fishing rod ready to use, which made my experience even better. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking for a great host who truly cares about his guests’ experience!

Leaving detailed reviews as they help me when deciding on where to stay. Check in smooth. Mona and Julian very friendly. Four adults and 2 teenagers. Probably wouldn’t recommend any more than 6 people, unless children (only 2 bathrooms - but very clean). Kitchen perfect for smaller family as well. Had basics for cooking. You would need to bring condiments, spices, oils, etc. Pans and pots were good. PLENTY of plates and bowls. Could use little more silverware, but we washed them as needed. Dishwasher small, but gets the job done. House is VERY clean. Queen and king beds comfortable. Bunk beds also fairly comfortable; HOWEVER, the bunk room was very warm - ended up having to buy a fan - still not as cool as we would have liked (our only true obstacle). Bay was beautiful. Saw dolphins. We rented a golf cart and rode to Clearwater as IR beach had the nasty grass. But house is 10 min walk to beach. Two fishing poles but I had to buy things to fix them up. We’d stay again for sure!!!!!

My family had an amazing week in this beautiful home! We loved the hot tub, pool, gorgeous views and sunrises. My sons enjoyed the nearby golf course and it was a short drive to Clearwater Beach, St. Pete's, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Thank you for a great stay!

As our second time staying here, it truly feels like our home away from home! Well-appointed, beautiful surroundings, peaceful and close to the beach, restaurants and St. Armand’s Circle. Chris is very responsive, helpful and went above and beyond as a host. We will definitely be returning!

Heather was an absolutely amazing host and the home was immaculate even after staying there only a few weeks after hurricane Milton! We seen the devastation to other properties and area around the home and know a lot of work was put in to make it a place for us to stay! The pool was amazing and the kids absolutely loved to fish right off the back deck! OH and we seen manatees a few times swimming by and was a really cool experience for the kids! Would love to return!!

Great place to stay with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 7. The very large game room on the 1st level was outstanding with shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball and more to keep the family entertained. The surprise was the elevator! That definitely came in handy to get luggage to the top floor but more so to get elderly family members up to the main level when they came to visit. The pool and spa were well maintained and enjoyed by our family and there was ample outside seating to enjoy sunrises etc.

This house is stunning! The kitchen is amazing. Views are impeccable. Everything you needed was provided. Stacy was an excellent host. The pool/patio is going to be due for some updates in the coming years as tiles were falling apart but it’s hard to complain when you can see dolphins off of your patio. Price was spot on when we stayed but notice as you go through the winter that goes up a lot. Hope to be able to come back!

We stayed in Ruskin for the month of March 2024 and we really enjoyed ourselves. We rented the house as well as the guest house (which allowed family to come stay with us throughout the month.) We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the kayaks. The house and the guest house were stocked well with supplies. The owners were helpful and very responsive with any small issues we had. We took some day trips to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Bradenton and more. Loved the happy hour at Finn’s on Apollo Beach Road as well as the Sunset Grill. Would highly recommend the Ruskin Seafood House on College Ave. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb house to everyone.

This place was all that I was looking for. It was clean and comfortable. The view was nice day and night. It was also close to the stadium and airport. I would definitely stay again!!

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Stayed for a few days in December, really great location that’s less than a five minute walk to the beach and to lots of restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass! Great suite with a nice balcony and awesome view as well, would definitely stay here again!

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

It was our second stay at Rosana’ s place and it was perfect like the first time. Everything is super clean, it smells good and she makes us feel at home. Hope to be back again.
