Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bayshore Gardens

We had a great stay. The home was spotless, quiet and well stocked. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but was nice to come home to a quiet place after full days of fun. It was a perfect location for where we wanted to explore. The nearby beaches had lots of shells if you like shell seeking and a popular place for finding shark teeth.

Jenniffer’s place was exactly as described, easy to find, and we had clear instructions for everything. There were extra amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms that you don’t always find at Airbnbs, which we appreciated. Jenniffer was also friendly and quick to respond to messages. Overall great stay!

We were 3 unrelated friends from different towns. There was a bedroom for each of us! The smallest bedroom near the largest bathroom, and the queen bedroom had 2 closets so it felt fair. No closet in the twin bedroom. A friend came over, and took a nap on the couch, so a person 5'6" or less could probably sleep fairly comfortablely on the couch. We usually double up in hotel rooms, and will probably do so in Tayana's in the future which makes this very affordable for St. Petersburg, FL. We are square dancers and spent most of our waking hours over the weekend dancing at a venue 10 minutes away. We enjoyed talking together into the wee hours of the night. It was nice having a quiet clean place to sleep and shower.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

House was very nice. Full of everything you need from detergent to shampoos. Very impressed with all the hospitalities! House is as described. Great place for a family stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Largo! The house was perfect for our two families with little kids. The pool was nice and warm and had toys, life vests, floaties and everything you could have thought of both inside and out. I can’t remember if the pool depth was listed, but ranged 4-7’. Our youngest still loved playing on the steps and with the floaties. We visited Indian Rocks Beach twice and loved it there! It was an easy drive. We arrived to the beach around 10AM and there was plenty of parking at the 17th Ave public beach access (with bathrooms and outdoor showers). Speaking of beach, Danielle truly thought of everything. There were beach toys, wagons, chairs, umbrella and lots of towels at the house for use during our stay! Book this rental for a wonderful vacation to Florida!! Nice front driveway and parking area , nice back yard to sit and sun bathe, House was nicely set up , Church bells across the road rang every 15 min from 9-5 , and a fair bit of traffic on the road in AM , but a good location for us

Finding the house was very easy. Unlocking the door was very easy. Locking the door from the outside took a few tries to get the deadbolt in position. The house was very nice and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. Master bedroom was nice, but the electric outlets were difficult to get find. Outside needs a little love but overall in good shape and well landscaped. Inside decor was very Florida outdoorsy/surfer with some really interesting decor to look at and a cool hightop table to eat at. Taylor was a very good and responsive host. Had the house ready early and even let me stay a little later if needed. Checkout list was super easy to do. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying again.

Lisa went the extra mile with a small assortment of snacks and beverages available on arrival. Felt very comfortable in this unit. Easy to explore Sarasota from this residence.

Great, recently renovated two bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and living room. Was super clean, bed was comfy. Short Uber/Lyft away from the beach where we had some events to attend. Excellent!

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

My family and I felt right at home. They were very responsive and flexible with check in with our 4 month old. They even provided a pack n play. The space is clean and very convenient to walk around downtown Sarasota. Will be back!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Great location nice & clean

It was lovely to wake up looking out at the tree tops, lovely balcony. Apt beside their beautiful house which overlooks the neighborhood park. Charles and Dan were kind and hospitable and their place is close to downtown which has great music in some of the restaurants and bars. Great place to stay, lovely pool and seating area in the garden at apt also. Really enjoyed

Edgar’s place was perfect for us while we came for to visit our UT son for the long weekend. The location was close to the school and also his home was very clean and comfortable! Edgar was super responsive, especially when we accidentally left our AirPods behind. He quickly responded to let me know that they were found and had put them in a safe spot for our son to retrieve them. Highly recommend !

The bed was SUPER comfortable! (which is VERY impt.) From the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, , bikes you couldn't ask for anything more. The beach wasn't far and all of the information given was spot on. I looked at a lot of AIRBNBs and this one by far reached my greatest expectations! Theres so much to say about this wonderful place. Yana was super nice and accommodating in any questions we had. We will surely go back again! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our escape from the cold up north. The place is beautifully decorated and there are a lot of thoughtful extra touches. Loved fishing in the canal and watching the dolphins & birdlife. Easy walk to the beach too. Rachel is a great host! Would highly recommend!

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!
