Monthly Rentals in Bay Hill

My colleagues and I had a fantastic stay here during our work trip to Orlando. The house was exactly as described—super clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living spaces were even more spacious than we expected. The pool/spa was a nice bonus, though the lights had a mind of their own at times. Thankfully, the detailed handbook provided clear instructions, and we got it sorted easily. Overall, Mike was a fantastic host—responsive and attentive. I’d definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet stay in Orlando.

This location was a great place to stay. Roger is very quick with responding. The house is small, perfect for two people very clean and easy to find amenities. The house was comfortable temp wise, with just the fan in the bedroom. There were some technical difficulties, where the oven stoped working mid cooking ( only shut off a couple times but when you adjust the heat it works fine. And the shower head spurted out water towards the back wall. Luckily the shower curtain saved the water from going onto the floor. We contacted Roger and he was extremely quick to respond and even offered to come check it out. We declined since neither of those things became an actual problem for us and was able to manage fine. Lots of stores and gas stations near by. Over all i really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back! I highly recommend!

Mariadela is an amazing host. The place was charming and cozy. Perfect for us and our small dog. We spent Christmas here and visited Universal. Very close to universal, great restaurants and parks where we could walk our furbaby. Will definitely come back.
