Probably the best bargain condo in all of Bangkok. Many Sukhumvit airbnbs today (Siam --> Ekkamai) I think are very overpriced. But this location near Bang Chak BTS is very accessible to central Bangkok and even if you don't go there, there is good shopping just one station away in both directions (On Nut Lotus, Punnawithi True Digital mall). The condo is good for one person or a couple. 150 meters away from main road so quiet at night. 711 right next door.

We had an amazing 5-week stay at this Airbnb, and it truly made our visit unforgettable. The location is perfect—right in the city center, with easy access to all the major attractions and a wide variety of fantastic restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long stay. The amenities were top-notch. Excellent water pressure and high-speed internet, which made working remotely a breeze. One of the best parts of the apartment was the peace and quiet—despite being in such a prime location, we had no noise issues at all, making it easy to relax and sleep well. Our host was also wonderful—helpful, friendly, and always available when we had questions or needed recommendations. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and peaceful stay in the best part of Bangkok. We’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed at Bee’s place for 1 month and really enjoyed it. The condo: Bee’s home provided everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The home came equipped with basic kitchen appliances, utensils, and cooking supplies. There’s a washer and hangers to dry clothes. The internet speed was good as well. I loved the bedding. The material was very soft! There is some noise from the traffic, but we got used to it after a few nights. The Host: Bee was a very responsive and helpful host. For example, we requested extra pillows for lumbar support and she personally delivered it the same day. Additionally we accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit one day and she responded to us within SECONDS! The Location: Bee’s home is at a very convenient location. Only 5 minutes to Lotus which is connected to the On Nut BTS. We got all our fruits and other supplies from there. Overall, we’re really pleased by Bee’s home, her hospitality, and location. Highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a modern, very well kept high-rise condo building complex with all the needed amenities for long stays including a nice infinity pool and a spacious library/coworking area for those like us who work remotely. The building is located near a ton of excellent street food and restaurant options and just a few minutes walk from a BTS elevated rail station. Koko is super friendly and very responsive. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely like to come back at some point. Highly recommended!
