We had a good stay. Accomodation near the 7eleven and many massage shop. Also got many local food nearby. Gym also. House very clean and nice. I enjoy staying there

What an unexpected luxury it was to stay at Nittaya’s beautiful place! The “Green Lung” neighborhood is lush and tropical, but with all the access and activities of Bangkok. We thoroughly enjoyed going to the market every morning and then lounging by the pool all afternoon. Nittaya has equipped the house with every possible comfort, and we immediately felt settled after we our rather hectic journey. We also felt well-looked after… Nittaya offered us many suggestions and made sure we had all we needed during our stay. If you are looking for proximity to the city, without the traffic and crowds, this is like a little slice of island life in the heart of a metropolis.

The wonderful trip in Bangkok has come to an end.Teezee’s house is just as beautiful as in the pictures.Your hospitality is truly exceptional.I will definitely come again next time.

My recent stay at this enchanting countryside Airbnb in Thailand was nothing short of delightful. Nestled amidst lush mango and banana trees, the property offered every modern convenience, from reliable Wi-Fi and electricity to efficient air conditioning. The accommodations were pristine, and the hosts’ hospitality was exceptional. We were charmed by their friendly dogs, enjoyed fresh fruit from the trees, and even had the use of a scooter. Each morning, they graciously provided delicious noodles from a local shop, and communication was seamless throughout. A truly memorable experience! Thank you Paul!

Very clean High recommend!

WOW, this place is incredible. I was hooked from the pictures but it's even more amazing in real life. We spent so much time in the beautiful yard watching the longtail boats go by. It's such a special environment to be in a quiet neighborhood, just a walk up the street to markets and street food, and have a lush massive garden to relax in. The house itself is immaculate and has so much style. The furniture is so comfortable and our family felt right at home. Thanut was so kind and helpful at checkin and at every communication. We will be staying again!!

Humble Abode was the perfect listing for our family vacation in Bangkok (9 people). The property is modern, clean and well equipped. The 2 bedrooms / floor provided ample space and privacy. The location was perfect. BTS is easily accessible - 5 min walk. Shopping and restaurants are walkable as well. The team were very responsive and helpful - from arranging airport transportation, to providing local recommendations. P’Poo, the home helper was the star of the show. She went above and beyond to help care for one of our guests who was not feeling well during our stay. She checked in on them while and prepared lunch while we were sightseeing. We will be back!

Kim’s place was great. Plenty of space for my guest and I. The pool was an added bonus and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to utilize. Location is awesome with lots of restaurants, supermarket, and other establishments around to explore. I would 100% recommend this place to book.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa! The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and the clean rooms made me feel right at home. I particularly appreciated the easy access to the city, making it convenient to explore all the local attractions. Additionally, the villa was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

This is a beautiful house and was perfect for our needs. We found the housekeeper on site to be pretty useless and wasn’t able to help us with really anything we asked for (where to buy beer nearby since there are strange alcohol sales hours and rules in Thailand, how to use the screen share functionality on the TV in the front room, etc) and really took no initiative or made no effort to find answers for us. It didn’t bother us to have her there, I just didn’t understand what purpose she served. Other than that we had a great time staying at Sai’s place!

They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which really added to the trip. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a solo recharge, or a fun time with friends, this place checks all the boxes. Can’t recommend it enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The black kingdom is an amazing place to stay. The owners did a very good job designing the place. This is one of those listings where the place actually looks better then the pictures. Highly recommend.

Perfect value for money, great landlord and very good location close to downtown. Supermarket and great cafe Kalm nearby.

Very good transpot

We had a great stay at this house. The house is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and is perfect for a large family to stay. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful and very quickly resolved issues we had. A few things to note: - Lots of mosquitoes (as in all of Bangkok), better if you keep all the doors closed as there are nets on the windows - It is a long 22 minute walk to the MRT station when it is very hot! (Taxis were generally our choice) Kids loved the pool and the billiards table!

Sucha a great stay for a group of friends! The pool is clean and the host even prepared some food and drinks for our stay! They helped us prepared a birthday ballon decoration for free ( very beautiful)! Natthira also helped us book car rentals and be the middle person for communication , very kind and sweet! The location was outside the city centre, it took around 45 mins to the centre. However , if you would rent a car that won’t be a problem !

Call was really friendly responded right away. Place was beautiful and private.
