The accommodation was very pleasant, ideal for a couple or family with one child. The sofa bed is a little less comfortable, but sufficient for a child. Apartment facilities very good, great location, perfect accessibility for taxi, boat and bus. Close to many shops and options for eating and drinking. Well located on the edge of the very lively Chinosi district. Very clean and functional accommodation. Very comfortable bedding. Only downside, quite bright in high traffic hours. Earplugs are available. We didn't use them personally.

Overall good, great communication, real room

Clean and quiet place on 7th floor of a large five-building apartment complex. Interior isn’t super sexy but everything is clean and the space is quite functional. Internet speed is about the fastest I’ve ever had, >300 mbps download. The complex’s gym is better than you expect if you like to lift, squat rack plus Smith machine plus dumbbells to 20kg plus cardio, just missing pull-up bar and cables. The biggest annoyance was a rather walk just to get out of the complex, and 25 min total to the metro stop. Probably makes more sense to stay here if you have wheels, but I made it work for a week just walking everywhere.

One of the best and most comfortable apartments we've ever stayed in! Perfect for a long stay, has absolutely everything and every little detail is thought out. Also very quiet and calm, despite the convenient location in the city center. Thank you very much for hosting us. I definitely recommend and advise you. I enjoyed staying at Rangsima's place. The location is superb and Rangsima is a wonderful host. Rangsima is very helpful and flexible regarding check in and check out time. The apartment is spotless. I would highly recommend staying at Rangsima's place.

Clean, friendly and good location. Could do with a bathroom refurb- resealing between bath and wall.. Nice hot shower. Would stay again.

I had a great time at Shammee's place! The apartment was exactly as described. The shuttle every 30 minutes from the building to the Supermarket and BTS station was very useful. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive to all of my queries. Perfect place if you work remotely and need somewhere quiet and comfortable to work and relax. I would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were very friendly. They helped me with the printing of a needed visa and had their caretaker escort me the best and cheapest place to get a taxi to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

My second time staying at their listing and first time at the Normman. Tucked away from the bustling main road.. the area is safe and peaceful in between two BTS stations that can be reached easily within minutes. My unit was a lot nicer and bigger than the picture, the perfect setting to have our makeup and hair done by a team in our living room. Every details were very thoughtful, from the unlimited mineral water stocks to the common space to store our luggage after check out. Pridi and June managed to reply my messages within minutes and always happy to assist. I just know they have a thing with hospitality business and their place feels nothing but home <3 will always come back to Bangkok and trying their other listings too!

We can’t say enough good things about Ern and this property! Ern was incredibly respectful, friendly and super helpful and responsive. The location was perfect with plenty of great shopping and dinning options around. The room was well decorated as per the listing and it was honestly a cosy home away from home! Great place with everything needed at hand. Bed is good, very spacious, quiet at night. Train 5 minute’s walking distance. Host Tanya is responsive and helpful.

apartment looking exactly like at photos. everything is working fine. everything is super clean and you also get free cleaning few times a month. lots of coffee shops and restaurants around the condo. super communicative host that will even take you out if you want. provides all the necessary information and resources. i honestly never met such a friendly airbnb host if you visiting bangkok for a few days it might look a bit outstanding from central area but it takes 10 minutes by feet to get to the mrt station and 15-20 minutes on mrt to any of the main attractions. for long stays it’s just a perfect option because neighbourhood has everything for comfortable living if you’ll stay at patchara’s house, send greetings to a woman at reception and guys from verse coffee shop from me🙏🏻

Great Experience at Win's Apartment. We had a wonderful stay at Win's apartment. The highlight was definitely Mr. Wanchai, the host's father, who was incredibly kind and always available to assist us. His responsiveness made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff at the gate were also fantastic—always friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Really good stay at nice condo. Great transfer option on arrival, easy check-in, and the flat is very comfortable. A good size unit by Bangkok standards, strong AC and has everything you need. I would be happy to stay again.

It was a great stay. The apartment is very neat and clean and the location is also great. Great bar and restaurant right across the street and many restaurants on walking distance. Pool and a small cafe is located on lower level with an easy access through elevator. It was very convenient to have a dedicated office space in the apartment for my little one to do his school work remotely. Also, the host was easy to communicate with and her wine gift was much appreciated.

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

Right next to the light rail, there is also a big mall, there are very many food in it, there are many convenience stores around, and the atmosphere of local life, the pool is good, the scenery is also good

Located in a quiet alley in the downtown area, very close to the MRT station and next to a 7-11. Complete home appliances

The house is a 10-minute walk from the green line light rail and bus, the accommodation is convenient, the property uncle is very enthusiastic about the road and detailed introduction to the use of the kitchen, the house is clean and tidy, there is an oversized Japanese supermarket to the left of the house, you can buy a variety of vegetables fruits and daily necessities, and it is also convenient to go shopping in Central.My family and I had a great vacation here and would recommend staying there!

First apartment in Bangkok, very beautiful and comfortable. The host and the housekeeper are very kind and helpful. We had to leave the apartment very early and the housekeeper took us to the closest BTS station at 6 a.m, which we were so grateful for. Totally it was a wonderful experience!
