Great location , nice, spacious, clean house. Close to beach, walking/bike path, restaurants, and shopping. Responsive host. We will definitely book again!

Great location right on the bay/marina, overlooking a public bayside beach. Perfect for morning swims before the crowds arrive. The walk to the ocean is only a couple of blocks. Nice balcony, bright and sunny rooms, well-appointed. Relatively quiet cul de sac away from the traffic of the main blvd. Overall a great place to stay.

I love Newport Beach so much, and this house is a great way to experience it (especially if you have kids)! You are the 4th house in from the beach, there are boogie boards, umbrella’s and sand toys already there, and I loved having a downstairs area to let the kids sleep in! The house is also close enough to all of the restaurants and treat places right by the pier without being so close that you are kept up by the parties down there. Overall I think this is my favorite stay in Newport having been to 4 or 5 places in the area. I would definitely book again!

This is our second time coming and it’s always amazing. Selene and Albert are incredibly attentive and responsive host. Make you feel welcomed and right at home. Our stay was very pleasant. It was so great we even got the opportunity to witness the bioluminescent plankton at night. The water was glowing on Thanksgiving day! Felt extremely thankful with God, because we were able to stay here and connect with natures beauties.

Amazing stay at Will’s place. Had a last minute staycation trip to LB and so glad this place was available. The location is right on the sand with a great view from the patio deck. Easy check in, super clean and comfy bed. He also accommodated my last minute request for later check out and was super nice! We will definitely be back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this listing to others! It is very well-stocked for families (toys, books, plushies, sand toys, etc) and a short walk to the beach. It should be noted that the bedroom that has the queen and the single bed is more of a third floor office space— it overlooks the upstairs family room area and does not have a door. Noise from the rest of the house carries up there! This was not an issue for us as we rearranged where our kids were sleeping. Thanks again and we hope to back someday :)

We had a wonderful stay! Emily was very responsive and helpful. The location is right on the boardwalk, which is where we like to be, and in easy walking distance of the pier, shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay in Long Beach. The house is exactly as described, clean and comfortable. My 17 year old daughter loved the coffee bar and is now asking for one at our house. We were touring campuses so we were not home a lot but coming back after a long day of walking was great. We loved our stay and would love to come again!

This Airbnb was perfect for my family and me. It’s just minutes from the beach and close to all our favorite restaurants from when we lived in the area—it felt like home, but even better! The serene, lush backyard with patio lights added such a warm and safe vibe at night. The check-in instructions were clear, which made our late arrival seamless. The fully stocked Keurig was a highlight, and the beautiful ocean view from the kitchen and stunning sunsets just a short walk away were unforgettable. Bonus: it’s super dog-friendly! Can’t wait to stay here again! The hosts are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcomed. My sister forgot her necklace and they offered to mail them. They were so thoughtful throughout my stay. This left a great impression on airbnb.

DJ and Brandee were amazing! They have a beautiful home that lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We came to Huntington Beach to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and they made it extra special. Walking distance to the pier, close to Disney and the Aquarium. Brandee was extremely responsive and detailed and gave us great local recommendations. House was pristine. I could go on and on. This place was worth every penny and we look forward to coming back again.

This is a perfect get away, especially for our family! To have the pool and hot tub on-site is a very impressive amenity and this is our 5th time staying here. Great accommodations. The kitchen has everything you’ll need. Always a wonderful time!

The home was great! Everything was exactly as described. Very Clean, plenty of room for everyone to gather, but also to have their own space as well. The ONLY concern was getting the pool to temperature and keeping it there so we could enjoy it at our convenience. Normally, I would take away a star on a review for something like this. However, Denise made it right for us and, after a conversation, informed me that she was making changes going forward so that this would not impact future guests . She genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience and everything they need, plus things they didn’t realize they wanted/needed. We stayed for 7 nights and she checked in pretty regularly to see if we needed anything and how are stay was going.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in Long Beach visiting family and the house provided everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood was excellent and we enjoyed seeing all the Christmas lights! Lauren was very responsive and we felt like we were in good hands. We hope to stay here again next year.

We just had to share our fantastic experience at the house we stayed at in Huntington Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible amenities and the vibrant atmosphere of the place. The house itself was a dream come true – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. One of the highlights was definitely the games room. We spent countless hours playing pool, shuffleboard, and even trying our hand at some vintage arcade games. It was the perfect spot for some friendly competition and lots of laughter. The location couldn't have been better either. Just a short walk away, we found ourselves in the heart of Huntington Beach's nightlife. There were so many great bars, restaurants, and live music venues to choose from. We enjoyed exploring the local scene and soaking up the lively atmosphere. And let's not forget the beach itself! We loved spending our days lounging on the sand, swimming in the ocean.

We had a great stay and found things at the house to be as expected and very agreeable for our group. The shared spaces and kitchen are nice and open. Stephanie was very responsive and accommodating. Very clean and tidy, and comfortable. Philip (host) was very helpful and responsive. An arrangement for parking was offered which we never ended up using but it would have been wise to, as parking in the neighborhood was very limited (nonexistent on one busy night). Immediate neighborhood does not have a whole lot beyond a couple of (ok) corner stores but the location is great for driving around in SoCal if you can find parking.

Brittany was our host. She went above and beyond our expectations. When the heater did not work she shipped two space heaters directly to us within a few hours. She also gifted us hot cocoa and some cookies! The location and home was exactly as described. My family of 6, with 4 young children loved it! We would love to come back soon. We went in the winter time, so we were the only family on the beach, which we loved. Price was a little more than we wanted to pay but the place was perfect for our little children. Very minimal. Nothing to break. Cozy and comfy with lots of blankets and towels. I recommend!

Always enjoy our stay at Cape Catalina. Great views of sunrise and sunset from rooftop deck. Good walking area. Easy access to the beach. Well furnished, with ample kitchen facilities. Excellent bedding. Responsive owners.

Both Emma and her home deserve a 12/10!! My boyfriend had just returned from deployment and I booked Emma's place as a surprise staycation. Not only was it beyond clean, it was a comfortable space that made us feel right at home. 100% will be booking again in the future! Thank you for sharing your wonderful space.
