Great location , nice, spacious, clean house. Close to beach, walking/bike path, restaurants, and shopping. Responsive host. We will definitely book again!

What a seamless check in and check out With no visits from maintenance people. We really enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect getaway and was very relaxing. A charming duplex overlooking the marina with lots of comfortable furniture to sit on, a lovely deck and a fireplace. My one suggestion would be to convert one of the tub/shower units to a walk-in shower. Other than that, loved my stay!

The location of the house can’t be beat, right on the beach. Kirk communicated very well and was responsive to our questions. Good value for the money. The dust was probably due to the winds which had been fierce in SoCal.

Will’s place is a great spot to stay, if you want to stay central and get things done in Long Beach.

This is a beautiful home within walking distance to the beach. The layout of the home is perfect with a large kitchen and family room, second family room upstairs, and well appointed and comfortable bedrooms. Tuan was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again!

We and our friends had a good time. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare our meals every day. Would recommend to others!

Excellent place to stay in Huntington Beach. Great for a larger group of couples. We felt right at home and would recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing historic home. It's so special to sleep in a place with so much history AND have as many amenities as this house has with all the upgrades made to the house. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. We loved the kitchen and had all the things we needed to cook meals at home. In addition, we absolutely loved the location. The LB Museum of Modern Art & Claire's restaurant are walking distance, so is the beach and multiple parks. Gusto Bakery is walking distance and it's by far one of the best cafe/bakeries we have been to. We walked to bookstores, vintage stores, galleries etc The house is very clean and despite it's age, is in great condition. Hosts communicate clearly with a lot of instructions. Check in and check out are super easy. We will stay here again.

This Airbnb was perfect for my family and me. It’s just minutes from the beach and close to all our favorite restaurants from when we lived in the area—it felt like home, but even better! The serene, lush backyard with patio lights added such a warm and safe vibe at night. The check-in instructions were clear, which made our late arrival seamless. The fully stocked Keurig was a highlight, and the beautiful ocean view from the kitchen and stunning sunsets just a short walk away were unforgettable. Bonus: it’s super dog-friendly! Can’t wait to stay here again! The hosts are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcomed. My sister forgot her necklace and they offered to mail them. They were so thoughtful throughout my stay. This left a great impression on airbnb.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

The accommodations were excellent. From the time we entered the courtyard with the pool, which had a feeling of safety and security, to entering the home we felt like we had "arrived home". The kitchen is very spacious and great for cooking. We had a beautiful family and friends dinner, had all the room we needed to serve at the island and be seated around the table. The bathrooms were clean and simple. The beds were more than comfortable with the number of options gracious. The living room lighting options could be set bright or low for ambiance. Parking was easy once we got the hang of it. Often times we found a spot right in front of the house, in addition to one car parked in the alley. The simple decorations and simple kitchen made our time relaxing. We walked easily to great breakfasts, robust coffee and steak dinners. Main Street has more than enough options for food and several shops to browse. All within a block from the house. The beach and pier were easily accessed too!

Traveled for business. We were comfortable and able to have zoom meetings and felt like home away from home. A lovely property!

We had a great stay! Beautiful home, fit all of our family plus my sister family comfortably. Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kiddos. And Robert was great and turned the heat on to the hot tub before we arrived. Any questions we had he was there within minutes helping us. I would also highly recommend stopping by his bagel shop right down the road. We were there every morning for coffee and bagels to start our day. Our family is really missing it! Haha! Thank you Robert for a great stay!

Lauren was a great Host! and the place is close to so many cool spots in a walkable distance. She also has a binder with lots of options of places and activities to do in the area if you are looking for something to do. Pretty little house! And it has everything you would need for a small stay.

Location very walkable to restaurants, beach, lagoon, and parks/playgrounds. Nice grocery store on the corner with good breakfast burritos. Well stocked with toiletries and toys/high chair/pack n play for toddler. It is on a busy corner/street so street noise can get loud especially on weekends.

Without exaggeration, this is the best Airbnb experience that I’ve had after 30+ different ones. Richard couldn’t have been more accomodating, friendly, and welcoming. We were evacuated during a wildfire and he was very responsive and helpful in getting us into the house - and a super nice guy. The house itself is fantastic - clean, new, and literally a stone’s throw from the beach. It is incredibly well-equipped with everything you’d expect to find at home - and everything is much nicer (furniture, appliances, grill, kitchen stuff, etc) than what you’d expect to find in an Airbnb. Really cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you, Richard!

A great spot to relax and prepare for the half marathon. We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The indoor and outdoor space is great for catching up with friends, playing games and enjoying meals together. The location is amazing, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. The house manuals give good local recommendations and the amenities in the house were appreciated.

My wife and one daughter stayed at Michael's place for 12 nights and my other daughter, her husband and their 5 year old came in for 7 nights and we all absolutely loved it. The three levels with all the outdoor living in a beautiful surrounding with views of the ocean from many of the windows was spectacular. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want or imagine. We highly recommend Michael's place and would certainly stay there again.

This is a true California Beach House--right on the water with all the views and sounds to go with it! Location is great and our stay was good. I gave the owner a few suggestions that would make the stay Awesome! The house is older and has some quirky things associated with that. It was clean and comfortable and we had no problems getting into the gated community. Be aware, the house next door is going through some major construction and the associated noise started earlier than we expected on the weekdays. The patio was our family's favorite spot and much time was spent out there soaking in some sun and playing in the ocean. The owners have some boogie boards and surf boards for use! All in all, a really great stay!

My family of 4 had a great 4 days at the property on Capistrano Beach. The house comfortably fit our family, was very clean, and had all the amenities necessary for a great beach vacation. The view while sitting on the patio is spectacular with the sand and ocean waves just steps away. The areas of San Clemente and Dana Point are also very close with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and great places to shop. The owner of the property was always very nice, helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, we had great experience at this beach house and we hope to stay there again soon!

I spent my birthday weekend getaway at Brian's place and it was the perfect escape from the midwest cold! The house was absolutely beautiful, it was in a quiet area, and we were able to walk to a lot of places under 25 minutes. They were even the sweetest hosts and dropped off a little treat for me and my friends for my birthday and it was so thoughtful. The check in and check out process went smoothly and they are great communicators, would definitely come back when i find myself back in the Newport Beach area. Can't recommend them enough!
