Balboa Island home rentals

Really enjoyed our stay at the beach house, very close to the beach. The bikes were great to have use of. Beach chairs were also great to have provided. Kitchen was provided with all the necessities. Everything was as described! Very responsive! Would highly recommend this property! Liz and Debby

Such a beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great girls weekend away. We were sad we had to leave. Everything was perfect including the friendly and helpful neighbor.

Bethany was a great host. She was so quick to respond to our questions and was very accommodating for the needs of a family with an infant. The resort itself was wonderful, there is so much to do and see, and it makes a great base for when you are going to take day trips around the area or whether you just want to hang out at the resort and relax. The only downside to the place itself was that on the weekends, there is a definite change in environment at the resort, as it is clear that there are alot more guests that come for a short weekend and come geared with a much more party mentality. We will definitely look to stay here again!

My family and I had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities Karen’s place had to offer. The place was very clean and well kept. The location was great for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed the quiet relaxation and the wonderful nature preserve for our morning walks as well the facility’s pool and hot tub. Karen and Lauren we're great hosts...very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

We enjoyed the location and the property both. The kitchen is great and well stocked. The bedrooms are perfect for privacy. And the living room, very comfortable and has a great view of the sunset. The host is responsive and we had a great day. Plus the outdoor space is a huge bonus.

Had a great time at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. John was a great host. Our unit was ocean view, 2nd floor, spacious and fantastic.

This space was perfect for me and my partners to rest while coming from Vegas to help with the fire victims.. roomy, comfortable, walking distance to a lot. I'll definitely be back, I didn't get to stay long enough!!! lol. Greta was responsive and clear, great energy... thank you for the stay ❤️

This little unit was the perfect home base for our Newport Beach explorations. It was decorated and appointed nicely and was located near the ferry while still a 7 min walk to Marine. The space accommodated all of our needs and felt peaceful and secure.

Very clean place and exactly as described. Host was responsive. Location is very close to the beach and Main Street which was convenient.

Overall great stay!! Sandwiched between the bay and the beach. It’s such a beautiful place. Overall well kept. Would definitely come back with less guests. Downstairs neighbors are sticklers when it comes to noise bc airbnb is upstairs and you feel guilty just walking. Neighbors complained about my daughter and her friends whilst they got ready for dinner and played music. Note to others…. Maybe book a downstairs Airbnb if you have rowdy kids. Or don’t bring your kids if you can leave them at home. LOL

This bungalow was perfect for my needs. A cozy two bedroom place in downtown Huntington Beach. Access to many restaurants, electric shuttle (via Ride Circuit) if desired. Host is friendly and responsive. Three restaurants and a convenience store literally next door, plus downtown a short stroll away. I would stay here again!

Wonderful place, very cozy and great location. Gregg was very responsive and helped us out right away when we needed to stay an extra night. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area 😊

Place is great for Seal Beach. The hosts, Henry and Maria, were super helpful in describing the area and surrounding places. Will definitely come back here in the summer. We used it as a place to stay while we helped out the victims of the SoCal fire. While it was a sad event, it was always nice to come back to a place like this and call it home. Very comfortable home away from home.

Best thing about the place is it was close to the beach and had a private garage to park so there were no parking issues. That was a bonus.

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

This Seal Beach house is everything and more! The location is perfect and the rooms are very spacious. The host lives in the unit above and goes above and beyond to help you feel at home and or assist with any of your needs. Would definitely come again.

The accommodations were excellent. From the time we entered the courtyard with the pool, which had a feeling of safety and security, to entering the home we felt like we had "arrived home". The kitchen is very spacious and great for cooking. We had a beautiful family and friends dinner, had all the room we needed to serve at the island and be seated around the table. The bathrooms were clean and simple. The beds were more than comfortable with the number of options gracious. The living room lighting options could be set bright or low for ambiance. Parking was easy once we got the hang of it. Often times we found a spot right in front of the house, in addition to one car parked in the alley. The simple decorations and simple kitchen made our time relaxing. We walked easily to great breakfasts, robust coffee and steak dinners. Main Street has more than enough options for food and several shops to browse. All within a block from the house. The beach and pier were easily accessed too!

We and our friends had a good time. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare our meals every day. Would recommend to others!

Brian was a super responsive host (manager), and very helpful to us when dealing with the minor issues we had during our stay. I would say Brian went above and beyond most of the host we've dealt with at other stays. Thank you! The location was very close to the beach and the house is very new/modern, with very nice kitchen and flooring. Overall it was pretty clean, although one of the towels had some spots and found couple small pieces/strands of hair in one of the bed, but I'm typically very picky and overall I'd say it's pretty clean. One thing to note is that this house is a ADU unit to the main house in the front, so it doesn't have much of a yard and somewhat close to the 'front' house. This didn't bother us very much and we would definitely consider staying here again the future.

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

If you are looking for a place that is a short walk to the beach with the ability look at the crashing waves from inside, this is your place.
