Beach house vacation rentals in Orange County

We loved this place so much! The location was perfect with the beach and pier across the street. There were a lot of walkable restaurants and the people watching from the balcony was very entertaining. We really liked that there was two parking spaces because we drove from different locations to meet here. The fireplace was so cozy and warm, and we were able to watch Netflix on the TV. Thank you for a wonderful weekend trip! We would definitely stay here again!

This spot was great. Just steps from the beach and had bikes and beach gear we could use. Rich was super helpful and responsive. The garage access is pretty tight as described. We rented a full size car and were able to get it in with a second person outside the car to guide it in. Still very nice to have a spot that wasn’t street parking which could have been tough to find.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Long Beach. The house is beautiful and there are many sites and activities within walking distance. The host was also very pleasant and responded quickly to messages. I would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome location! The bay felt private and it was right at our finger tips. Enjoyed the use of the paddle board. Will was a great communicator.

This is a beautiful home within walking distance to the beach. The layout of the home is perfect with a large kitchen and family room, second family room upstairs, and well appointed and comfortable bedrooms. Tuan was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again!

We and our friends had a good time. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare our meals every day. Would recommend to others!

This Airbnb was perfect for my family and me. It’s just minutes from the beach and close to all our favorite restaurants from when we lived in the area—it felt like home, but even better! The serene, lush backyard with patio lights added such a warm and safe vibe at night. The check-in instructions were clear, which made our late arrival seamless. The fully stocked Keurig was a highlight, and the beautiful ocean view from the kitchen and stunning sunsets just a short walk away were unforgettable. Bonus: it’s super dog-friendly! Can’t wait to stay here again! The hosts are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcomed. My sister forgot her necklace and they offered to mail them. They were so thoughtful throughout my stay. This left a great impression on airbnb.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

The accommodations were excellent. From the time we entered the courtyard with the pool, which had a feeling of safety and security, to entering the home we felt like we had "arrived home". The kitchen is very spacious and great for cooking. We had a beautiful family and friends dinner, had all the room we needed to serve at the island and be seated around the table. The bathrooms were clean and simple. The beds were more than comfortable with the number of options gracious. The living room lighting options could be set bright or low for ambiance. Parking was easy once we got the hang of it. Often times we found a spot right in front of the house, in addition to one car parked in the alley. The simple decorations and simple kitchen made our time relaxing. We walked easily to great breakfasts, robust coffee and steak dinners. Main Street has more than enough options for food and several shops to browse. All within a block from the house. The beach and pier were easily accessed too!

This home is absolutely lovely! Attention to the guest was clear throughout the home. Spotless. The kitchen was outfitted with all one needs, live plants throughout the home, and a general feeling of being in the 60s while living in 2025. This home is quite unique with an inside area that is open with a fire pit and lots of room to lounge. Denise communicated almost immediately whenever I inquired about something. We didn't dip into the pool because it is January! Lots to do. Highly recommend Buan Gusto for THEE best family Italian food/pizza and Captain Jacks for surf and turf. We will stay again, and highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Huntington Beach!

Clean , quiet location. Easy area to get around. Excellent hosts. When I come back I hope it will be available.

Location very walkable to restaurants, beach, lagoon, and parks/playgrounds. Nice grocery store on the corner with good breakfast burritos. Well stocked with toiletries and toys/high chair/pack n play for toddler. It is on a busy corner/street so street noise can get loud especially on weekends.

Without exaggeration, this is the best Airbnb experience that I’ve had after 30+ different ones. Richard couldn’t have been more accomodating, friendly, and welcoming. We were evacuated during a wildfire and he was very responsive and helpful in getting us into the house - and a super nice guy. The house itself is fantastic - clean, new, and literally a stone’s throw from the beach. It is incredibly well-equipped with everything you’d expect to find at home - and everything is much nicer (furniture, appliances, grill, kitchen stuff, etc) than what you’d expect to find in an Airbnb. Really cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you, Richard!

Stephanie was very accommodating and was able to extend our stay. It was a seamless process, and she was highly communicative and flexible. This place feels like home; everything you need in the kitchen, toys for my kids, movies, beach stuff. Can't bet the location with great restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping all within a few minutes walking. I recommend this place to bigger groups (lots of space!) and families with kids!

This is a true California Beach House--right on the water with all the views and sounds to go with it! Location is great and our stay was good. I gave the owner a few suggestions that would make the stay Awesome! The house is older and has some quirky things associated with that. It was clean and comfortable and we had no problems getting into the gated community. Be aware, the house next door is going through some major construction and the associated noise started earlier than we expected on the weekdays. The patio was our family's favorite spot and much time was spent out there soaking in some sun and playing in the ocean. The owners have some boogie boards and surf boards for use! All in all, a really great stay!

Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful!! Spotless kitchen, cozy couch and fireplace! Bedroom’s are decorated cute and beds are comfy! The fireplace is a definite plus!! We had a great girls trip and would love to come back!

Always enjoy our stay at Cape Catalina. Great views of sunrise and sunset from rooftop deck. Good walking area. Easy access to the beach. Well furnished, with ample kitchen facilities. Excellent bedding. Responsive owners.

Our stay at Rita’s in San Clemente was fantastic. We are a family of 5 and fit perfectly. The place was clean, comfortable and so cute. We had everything we needed for a week long stay. Rita was responsive and helpful with any questions. It’s great that we had a dedicated parking spot. We loved the outdoor area and walking to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
