Monthly Rentals in Avila Beach

John was a wonderful host. He checked in with travel recommendations and greeted us upon arrival to ensure our check in was smooth. The place is as listed. It is a small studio with the basics and met our needs. It is on a busy street but still a safe walk to the beach. There is a lot to do in the area and it was a good launching point for lots of activities.

I've stayed in several great Airbnb's over the years and Kelsea's Artist Studio is my favorite separate space so far. I stayed for two months and it is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed to be comfortable, including the bed and good WIFI. The studio is private so I didn't feel awkward or "in someone's space." Kelsea was very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful, quiet and safe, close to town and easy to head north or south. If this Artist Studio is on your radar I give it a hearty thumbs up.

We had a lovely stay at Avila Beach. The property is a two second walk from the beach and boardwalk. We loved the patio doors that open completely onto the deck allowing the ocean breeze to come in. The place was spotless and smartly designed. Didn't want to leave! Avila is a great place to stay as it is a very small and quiet "hamlet" in comparison to Pismo. Highly recommend!!

The place was great! It was nice to access the garage directly from the studio. It was a little tight for the 3 of us, but doable. The kitchen was well stocked, the ice cream in the freezer a very nice treat! There was some noise from the people above us, I think a little kid running in the mornings, but kids are kids I suppose. Overall a very nice stay.
