Vacation rentals with a patio in Avila Beach

We had an incredible and peaceful stay here. The house was even more roomy than the pictures and our dog had the best time in the backyard. The house was well stocked with everything you might possibly need. I definitely recommend you book a stay here!

Such a comfortable and enjoyable stay…the view was amazing! And even though we were a block from the main shops and restaurants it was so quiet. Lots a great amenities included and very friendly and responsive communication. We highly recommend it and t’s high on our list to visit again!

Wonderful place in excellent location. Designated parking spot, and walking distance to downtown Paso Robles restaurants, tasting rooms and other attractions.

Tim’s “Sunrise Suite” is a hidden gem. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet, within close distance from downtown, Allegretto and shops. The welcome basket with a bottle of wine and snacks was such a treat! Will definitely book Sunrise Suite again.

Blake and Serena, They were wonderful hosts! They were responsive to different needs during my stay. The place is in a great location near downtown SLO. The place is great for a temporary short-term stay cause it has a lot of amenities. I would stay there again.

We love visiting Morro Bay. This cozy home was perfect for 3 friends wanting to get away, relax and enjoy nature. It was a peaceful, lovely trip. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The TV provided many options for entertainment at night. Very close to restaurants and the bay. Would love to stay here again!

The place is very cute and peaceful. We loved how close it is to SLO, Hearst Castle and Paso Robles. We would definitely stay here again :)

the house was very well setup, couldn't find a single thing that wasnt in the house, fantastic backyard, remodeled home. every home would have something to complain about and wouldn't be justified if i do that for this house. great stay overall

Although the house didn’t look exceptional from the outside, it was beautiful inside. Every room seems to have been redone and I especially loved the kitchen and bathrooms. It was in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice view. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing!! We’re already making plans to come back. It was super cozy, clean, quiet. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. We came for a girls trip & we had a blast. It was a little chilly for us so we didn’t use the backyard much apart from taking pictures but the space is great! The beds, linen & couch were all comfy! We brought so many extra things thinking we were going to need them(because of past trips) but we didnt need anything! Everything was wonderful quality. Thank you sooo much! We can’t wait to be back!

The Airbnb was exactly as described. The location is not on a popular street so it is quiet and secluded but it is easy enough to get to main roads. There are tons of things to do within 20 minute drive in the area. We came in middle of winter after a big rain storm so the space was a little cold but not unbearable. It is the perfect location for a quiet weekend for a group of friends.

Recently had what they now call a “baecation”. The location of the Airbnb was great. At most 15 minutes away from everything there’s to do that I could think of. Would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable apartment located just one block from the beach. Though very close to the beach and restaurants, it was nice and quiet (though I was there in mid-December, not high season).

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

This place had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and Farmer’s Market. We stayed in one evening to use the BBQ on the rooftop. Very fun! Everything was clearly communicated, and they checked in on us the first day to make sure everything was going well.

It was lovely! VERY comfortable beds and linens, and lots of haircare products and tools to choose from. The fancy couch was very comfortable, and accommodated us nicely. Everything worked. It was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful place and exactly as comfy, cozy, central and as described in the listing. We had a really difficult time locating the lock box. Lock boxes are on the bottom of the fence rails and camouflaged, so they are very easy to miss. Unfortunately for us, we arrived on Thanksgiving day and the key was not in the lockbox. We had to wait for 2 hours for a locksmith to to be found and to arrive. Other than this, and there not being a clothes iron as listed we had a really great time at Pismo.

This place was amazing from start to finish, and Rachel went out of her way to make us feel welcome including remembering that this trip was for birthday, even though I had booked it months ago and decorating with balloons ribbons and happy birthday headbands!! This stay was an all around 10/10
