Vacation rentals with a home theater in Athens

Quiet location (on a pedestrian street), next to a main street and accessible to shops and cafes. Clean and thoughtful space. We stayed 1 night and the cost in terms of quality was reasonable for the winter season.

Mr Charis was one of the best hosts that we ever had interaction with. Always one step ahead of our needs and also willing to help. Also the house had everything that someone can ever need.

What a place!! Karim’s apartment is even better than the pictures, the hot tub is absolutely massive and the outdoor space is easily one of the nicest I’ve seen in an Airbnb. As a host he was also great, super responsive and left a great welcome package in the fridge of beer, wine and soft drinks. The city was also super accessible from the apartment with the metro a 10 min walk away, however I really liked the area as it felt far less touristy and safe. Highly recommend this place ⭐️

A lovely stay. The location is fantastic and the flat is very nice and comfortable. The tech is a bit tricky to use and is quite bright at night with switches lit up but otherwise it was all very nice.

I had a great stay at this studio! The location was fantastic—quiet area with easy access to both the metro and the airport. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The host was excellent, very friendly, and the communication throughout was seamless. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though the only downside was that the studio shared a door with another space, so I could hear some noise from the other guests.

Maria and Dimitris are truly excellent hosts, and we loved staying in their beautiful, well-equipped villa. Particular highlights of our stay included: * Breathtaking sea views from the two terraces and stunning gardens * Swimming in the wonderful pool after day trips to Athens * Watching Netflix movies under the stars with the amazing home cinema * Snorkelling a few minutes away in the clear blue Aegean and relaxing on Schinias beach * Seeing swallowtail butterflies and hearing the cicadas. I had the pleasure of staying at Michalis and Irene's house for a night on my way back from my travels, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a tasteful, artistic touch that made it feel like a home away from home. Michalis and Irene were incredibly helpful and friendly hosts, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, especially for those needing to be close to the airport, as it's just a short distance away. It's also conveniently near Kifisia, which has a variety of amenities, and medical centers are within easy reach as well. While I only stayed overnight, I could easily see this being an ideal spot for a longer family stay, offering both convenience and comfort. Highly recommend!

The house is beautifully situated on a large plot. The equipment is good and relevant. We were welcomed with wine and biscuits. Aristotle was always very accessible and helpful.

Lovely flat, lovely owner! We stayed here as a family of four for a week in Athens and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location was so convenient, everything is within easy walking distance. There was a lot of choice for Airbnbs in Athens and I picked this flat for location, it’s balcony (wider than quite a few listed), and the fact that it has two bathrooms (with four of us, this was essential). Tatiana was always reachable, arranged transport to and from the airport, and arranged for clean towels half way through the stay. She also gave us a very kind food platter, which was so thoughtful. Couldn’t rate it higher!

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

Our stay was amazing, and the views are great. This home is set up well and is very comfortable and clean. We loved the hot tub and used it every day! I would recommend this rental, especially for families as the beach is close and there are some rocks to climb around on. My kids loved those things. The host was very responsive and answered questions right away, even walking us through the home when we arrived and pointed out how to work all the different things. If you are looking for a place to relax and is quiet, this is the place.

It is 100% worth its money and more than that Everything was spotless the dance unbelievable unique thoughtful Mr. Michalis has put a lot of emphasis on the maintenance and decor of the apartment is very warm space and the cleanest I have visited. There were linens in excellent condition it was equipped full kitchen bathroom bedroom the apartment extremely electronic with many settings and options ! Extremely quiet place comfortable spacious very quiet neighborhood and good neighbors ! The apartment has a hot tub and a sauna cabin of very good quality such machines neither in professional spaces!!! The hot tub crystal clear and heated and its functions amazing has a very large TV with too many subscriptions and a Dolby surround sound so you can enjoy your hot tub with a very good Quality experience! Thank you so much, we'll pick you up again!

Cozy apartment with new furniture and appliances The only negative, for those who have this kind of sensitivity, that from the street there is a little noise pollution as it is a semi-basement apartment. It didn't bother us at all. Thank you to the owner.
