I received a very warm welcome at Anastasia's- and found it so personal to be introduced to her lovely, friendly family. Her accommodation is perfect, the studio I rented was first class! Couldnt have been beaten by a five star hotel. Everything I could possibly have needed was provided, right down to the breakfast, which I hadn't expected at all. An added bonus was the transfer possibility to/from the airport- just around a 10 minute drive from the accommodation. I would warmly recommend Anastasia's -and will definitely return there again.

Perfect location. Walkable to many attractions, lovely restaurants, cafes and rooftop bars. John and staff are super helpful. Checkin is always smooth and they are very accommodating. Rooms are pristine and there are terrific community spaces to relax, take calls or have a moment. I’ve stayed here multiple times when I want to be in the heart of the city. Highly recommend.

Tassos communicated well from day 1. There was a little hiccup at the cruise port pickup with our name but was quickly corrected. Urban Tales was awesome! Smelled good at entry! Apartment was just as described if not better. It was clean and very colorful/charming. I loved the spiral stairs and floor to ceiling windows. Hubby & I quickly explored and found MANY restaurants & bars just steps outside of our door. The nightlife here was everything and just what we wanted. We did not need the supplied earplugs as it was not overly noisy for us. If you Do Not want the nightlife scene, this location is not for you. We loved being in the center of it all. Monastiraki & Plaka were a few mins walk with access to downtown and rooftop bars. Oh My! You will not be disappointed. The easy keyless entry to the main and apt doors were a plus; Air-condition was nice; Water pressure great; Supplied body wash smelled amazing; comfortable bed. If you have Tassos’s place in your faves, just book it!!!!

The apartment is excellent, provides everything, spotless toilets and bathrooms, bedding and towels, coffee maker, wi-fi, roof garden with great views of the Parthenon and all over Athens. I will prefer it again at the first opportunity.

I enjoyed very much staying at the apartment and the neighborhood! The location is perfect, i could walk to the main monuments and museums easily without taking taxi, there are plenty of quality bars and street food restaurants in the neighborhood. it is safe and cultural area. the apartment is clean and comfortable just as pictures indicate. daily cleaning is included as well. i would definitely recommend this place!

What a fantastic Airbnb! The place is fully furnished with everything you need, and it has four spacious rooms. The location is incredibly convenient, just a stone’s throw away from all the major attractions. The staff are also very diligent and attentive. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Athens next time!

We loved our stay at Constantina's place and would definitely return when back in Athens. The location was convenient to many great restaurants and things to do and see in the city. The only negative that other reviewers have already mentioned is the late night noise. We stayed over a weekend and we were woken up in the middle of the night by noise from the street below. It is a pedestrian street, but there are many bars nearby and I guess patrons tend to spill over into the surrounding streets at closing. Overall, it was a great stay!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Athens! The location was super convenient and easy to access, which made getting around the city a breeze. This place is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. There is a very cool private elevator to the top floor with an amazing balcony and views. The room is huge and the balcony is even bigger. The place is full of curtains and windows all controlled with a remote control. It was fun playing with it to be honest. Our only hesitation is that there was not a direct view of the acropolis but you can just walk around the corner of the balcony and it is right there. I think those views are overrated on other rentals and I think this place was appropriately priced and worth every penny. The location was unbeatable. We only got in a car twice our entire trip and that was for taxi to and from the airport. It is located in the heart of everything with all the amazing restaurants and bars. It is such a walkable city and it was so nice being so close to everything. It was a little noisy at night but that was only if you were outside on the balcony. Once the doors were closed you couldn't hear anything. I personally enjoyed that aspect of it. Plus, the part of town where this is located seems to completely shut down at an appropriate hour of the night. We walked to the acropolis with ease and could not have asked for a better spot. Checkin and checkout was seamless and it was a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

Nice and spacious apartment. Central location. Easy to reach. Well maintained. **** just take under consideration that in front of the building there is a bar, that plays music almost till early morning. So if you are looking for a good night sleep you need to take under consideration.

We loved our stay at The Duke! Beautiful accomodation and the amenities were great (the pool has insane views and the gym was well equipped). The walk into the main parts of the city aren’t too far, however, can be a bit much with the current heatwave but public transport and taxis are always available nearby. Staff were super lovely as well!

Amazing, unfortunately for us chairs on the roof do a lot of noise inside the flat. They also ask to let cash inside the flat when you are leaving cause of new staying taxes but you already pay taxes on the website. Except this the second floor flat is great

I. Playful apartment in great location

It was so close to the main attractions. We walked to every destionation we desired. We even can't get lost, somehow found ourselves so close to the house. The house is in front of a bar, Pikap which closes at 4 am at weekend. So the music do not get down or off until the time but since we are party animals :) we dressed back and got downstairs for the party. Music was so 2000s :)

We just spent one night here for a layover. However, you could easily make this a destination. The home is even nicer than described. The pool and backyard area look like they belong in a magazine. The location is a 2 minute walk from the sea, 5 minutes to a beach and 10 minutes to all kinds of restaurants. Wish I could've stayed longer. The host was even kind enough to arrange our pick up from and transfer to the airport. Book this place with confidence.

This was a great spot for a night stay in Athens! The rooftop, gym and delicious breakfast were highlights for me. And I love that it was walking distance from everything I wanted to do. I felt very safe in the area to be out at night as well. Would definitely rent from there again.

We always love staying at The Duke IN kolonaki. The rooftop pool is an oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms are fabulous and the the breakfast is delicious and the staff were lovely. We look forward to our next stay here. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! Sotiris was personally present upon our arrival and took us to our room. The room was very nice and clean and has a breathtaking view directly to the sea. Since we were there in April, it was a little cool at night and we immediately got warm blankets upon request!!! Coffee and jam were also always replenished. You can walk wonderfully on the beach and there is in the immediate vicinity, about 10 minutes' walk, a large supermarket, some cafes and restaurants right on the beach and sea. A pastry shop, a Greek delicatessen, mini-market, pizzeria and self-service restaurant are reachable in a few minutes' walk. It is a very pleasant and quiet area. Actually only locals and almost no tourists. Athens is easily accessible by bus and then metro. The station is reachable in a few minutes on foot and you drive about 1 hour. All in all a GREAT location!!! We'd love to come back!
