Monthly Rentals in Arpin

I was in Marshfield for a few months for work and this apartment worked out great for me. It is conveniently located and close to everything. Easy check-in. Apartment is clean and well stocked/furnished, and had everything I needed. Ashley was very responsive when I had a question or needed something. I definitely recommend Ashley's place for short or longer term stays!

It was nice for my son and I to have our own rooms during the stay. We were gone almost all day so we mostly just slept there. But the suite was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed at our fingertips. There was one problem when I forgot the keys and locked the door behind me! I tried to contact Billie Jo, but she didn't answer until pretty late. That was on me, but one suggestion would be to install key code locks to avoid this. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Safe, quiet, and convenient location to plenty of restaurants nearby. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Margaret was very nice, responsive, and accommodating. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

This was my home away from home for the last five months. I stayed here during my contract at Marshfield Hospital and loved how conveniently close it was– definitely walkable and safe. House is also on a quiet street and had no issues with neighbors or sounds of traffic. House was clean and had all the things needed to live comfortably during my time there. Jenn was very quick to respond to questions and take care of the few things I needed help with. When the dryer stopped working her and her husband quickly replaced it the same afternoon so that I wouldn’t be without one. Overall, I would stay here again and again if I were to return to Marshfield and thus I highly recommend anyone to stay here.
