Townhome vacation rentals in Arcadia

I felt welcomed and very much at home from the moment I came in. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The rest of the house is well kept too. Sallieu is such a great host as well! He is very personable and a great conversationalist . He is attentive to the needs of his guests and goes out of his way to make sure you feel at home as much as possible. Will definitely be staying again!

Great place. Close to Chinese grocery. Private front door to get in the condos. Very thing included in house! Very responsible host.

Really clean and spacious room!! The closet is HUGE and can fit all of my stuff. Shirley and her family are very sweet and welcoming and definitely will make you feel like home!!

Excellent stay! I was there several nights. The room was fantastic, clean and quiet. I like staying in this part of town—so many great restaurants in the area and it's also a safe environment. Susie provided all the necessary information and checking in/out was super smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

it's a good experience

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

The host, Zimi, was very nice and very quick to solve some questions after check-in. The room is clean and tidy and convenient for use.The location is also good for getting around. Anyway, it was a nice experience.

Excellently located. Was in LA for a group trip and Jimmy’s place is a perfect home base to explore the city.

Jason and Ting were great hosts! Very responsive, brought over batteries when the TV remote died, and were generally helpful. The Airbnb was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Wonderful place! Owner was very responsive, place was great. Latte bar was a nice touch. Furnishings and linens were on point. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in LA and Kevin was an excellent host. The place was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Parking was plentiful, though getting in and out could be a bit tight with a larger SUV—but it’s definitely manageable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the location is super convenient—close to tons of LA attractions. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near all the action!

I have visited LA a lot for business trip purpose and this house was the BEST. Really fancy, large rooms, clean bathrooms and nice roof top to enjoy the sunset. I'm pretty sure I will check this house first when my next LA visit will have confirmed.

Great stay! Katie was super clear and responded very promptly. The unit was spotlessly clean and was spacious too. The beds, in my opinion the most important part of an Airbnb, were great so we all slept very well. The unit is a short walk to spectacular sushi - Ikigai - amazing! We'll definitely be back!

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Home is fabulous!! Bright, airy, and just so cool to be up in the hills. So many patios and outdoor spaces - we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. Ade and his wife were super responsive and friendly. Very comfortable beds, and bedrooms are well spaced on the lower floor for privacy. We feel extremely lucky to have found this place!!! While you aren’t *actually* far from things, I found going down the hill for errands to be something I just didn’t do bc I *felt* really far away. That was probably a psychological barrier (I’m a city kid who is used to walking a block for anything she needs) but just be aware once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. Finally - Ade is not joking about the dip in the road right before the house. If your car doesn’t have good clearance, park before it. Our Nissan Rogue was fine if we took it slow.

Highly recommend Liyuan’s place. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to many shops and easy to get to the city. It has a big kitchen so definitely a plus for someone who likes to cook!

A very comfortable and clean home. Everything was easy to find because the cabinets are labeled!!! I appreciated that so much. If I had any questions, Kyle and Jade got back to me promptly.

Fantastic place & great host; highly recommend

We enjoyed the opportunity to spend a long weekend in the unique Hollywood Hills. Views were beautiful as advertised. The bedroom and bathroom were excellent. The kitchenette and sitting area was a bit smaller than we would have hoped for but we were just using it for breakfast so it was fine for that. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty close to everything we wanted to visit. Diving the curvy mountain roads was a little challenging at night but worth the effort for a fun place to stay. Free parking is a big plus compared to hotels in the area.

This is the best place we’ve stayed in California, the house is wonderful, the surroundings are picturesque, the infrastructure around is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need, all is extremely clean and cosy. The highest rate, 10 out of 10! I definitely recommend everyone to stay at Sulma’s house, she is an outstanding host and wonderful woman. Thank you so much, we’ll come back for sure. Guests from Europe 🙂
