Excellent stay here! Location is prime, very cozy apartment and beautiful amentities. Would absolutely stay again anytime in the area.

Dar is a really great host! He had it all set up so that the check in process was extremely easy. Dolphin Cove is really nice, there’s things to do while staying there and there’s a ton to do around the area as well. Would most definitely rebook in the future!

We stayed a week in this apartment. It felt like home. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making sure we got settled in and then leaving us alone so the apartment felt like our own. Everything was simple and minimalistic, but we had everything we needed. Instructions were clear and well communicated (for things like heat/AC, parking, etc). The balcony was an added touch. We'd open the door every morning and let the cool air in. A very safe, convenient, beautiful place to stay. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.

We stay here each year. Great location. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Quick access to the 405 if you’re exploring the area. Super clean place. Highly recommend!

Hosts were well-prepared to support us on our stay, the apartment was in a complex that has pool, gym, lounge and work/study areas that were nice to relax in. There is plenty of space inside with no issues at all for AC and water, and there are very convenient stores, restaurants, and a grocery store just outside. Our hosts were responsive with any issues we had and there is plenty to do, metro access is a short walk if you don’t have a car and plenty of sights to see in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

Very functional apartment! Everything is available, the location is perfect, everything is accessible. A big plus: washing machine and dryer for only $2.50. Very responsive host, I would recommend!

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

I loved this place felt so welcomed and safe, everything was clean and had extra blankets even water bottles, one of the best places i stayed.

Lemon Lime will always be a special place to me- Daisy is so thoughtful and kind, she made us feel safe and welcome. It’s a lovely, peaceful, cozy place and such a convenient location! After evacuating and being displaced from our home in Altadena, it was the first time we felt like we could breathe; that everything would be ok. Forever grateful for Daisy and Lemon Lime.

Had a great stay, very clean and had a full kitchen. We cooked meals at home and everything was well equiped. Location was very good, grocery store and restaurants on walkable distance. Selina was very helpful and her instructions were very clear. The only issue is that the building is very old, neighbors upstairs were not noisy but even if they walk then the doors and windows in the apartment would start shaking. Otherwise, everything was very thought through in the house. Thanks!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

What a great stay! Lovely garden and in the perfect neighborhood. Camille and Mark were excellent communicators and gave some good local tips. Even though our flight was delayed they stayed up to meet us and show us the room. Would not even think about staying somewhere else when we come back to LA.

Another wonderful visit! 5 star host, location, and Airbnb! Super comfortable with lots of amenities right in the middle of Hollywood. Plus, the Kathryn is such a hospitable host, with great communication and thoughtfulness!

I stayed 10 days in LA in an Airbnb room in March 2025. Rooms are cosy and in the city center, The gym time is in the morning from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 5 p.m., but I don't remember, so I wasn't able to use it. Also, after 10 day, the request for an extra 3 -4 hour stay due to evening flight request is denied. Over all rooms are spacious and feels that staying at home.

Ivan's place in Downtown Los Angeles was ideal. The place has lovely, natural light and a beautiful layout. The rooms were extremely clean, and I loved the amenities, especially that fresh coffee was provided for a French press, although there's also a Kuerig for guests who are on the go. The condo is adorable and chic, cozy and modern. I loved the oversized bird's nest chair and the comfortable bedding. The shower is like a spa, and the bathroom was impressively stocked. The rooftop view is amazing with pool and hot tub, and I loved having access to the gym in the building. Ivan was kind enough to communicate that a new sleeper sofa would be available during my stay. On that note, Ivan communicated quickly and clearly from the time I booked until my checkout. He answered all my questions thoughtfully and with a kindly. The building felt very safe, as there is 24-hour security. Ivan left no stone unturned to ensure guest's comfort. I'd gladly return for another stay!

I stayed at Bella & Alan's apartment for a few days and had a great experience. The hosts were super friendly and provided clear instructions on how to get there, along with a helpful guide to the complex and its facilities. The apartment complex is new, clean, and well-equipped—with a great gym, swimming pool, and a BBQ area. There's also a supermarket right on the ground floor and a 7-Eleven just across the street, which is super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and actually more spacious than I expected. You can even head up to the rooftop to catch a beautiful sunset, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to LA!

Well-equipped, clean, and spacious apartment with full kitchen, bath, and a v comfy pullout couch that can be used as a second bed. Not much natural light as facing a wall, but super convenient for DTLA, great rooftop with jacuzzi, friendly people at the front desk, and everything you would need for a slightly extended vacation/work trip. V detailed ahead of check-in, and a responsive host.

I really enjoyed my stay at Flo's wonderful apartment. Pros: Location is AMAZING! Not only are there a ton of things to do, places to eat, shopping options and even a movie theater but the area is actually safe. Flo is a very kind host and very fast to respond. I ended up checking in very late but Flo made herself available and guided me through the process, answering all my questions. Everything about this stay made it very convenient, from the parking to how to use the TV and the desks for remote work. I suffer from back pain but this apartment offers lots of extra pillows and blankets. The apartment is MUCH LARGER than what it seems from photos, with high ceilings and beautiful decor! Cons: The bathroom was noisy and you are next to the elevator. Not a big deal but I couldnt sleep the first night because I kept hearing sounds and thinking someone had entered the apartment. Just be mindful of the sounds and you'll be okay, they aren't too loud. I had an amazing stay and recommend!
