Everything was excellent, my family and I, it's the second time we've come back, we liked it so much the first time we decided to come back, always perfect

This was the perfect place for us-met our needs perfectly. Andrew was always quickly responsive (we didn’t need anything in particular but he was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed). The guest house was in a great location- quiet neighborhood (very walkable/beautiful area!), and for us, close to our daughter’s place. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit! Hope the dates will be open when we can come again!

Great place to stay on our short trip to visit Descanso gardens. Everything was clean and bed comfortable. My kids loved the toys and books. Some good restaurants nearby. Katy was quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely, private studio on a hill. While it overlooks the 2, it is far enough away that the road just provides background sound like surf. The far view to the north is beautiful and the immediate neighborhood very quiet. We loved the unit. It is extremely well equipped and comes with thoughtful instructions on how everything works. We particularly appreciated good coffee and the fixings. The kitchenette had all we needed for stowing and serving our usual continental breakfast. Bed and bedding were excellent, as were the other furnishings. Plenty of hot water. Good off street parking. Lots of usb outlets. Heat pump for heat and cooling. The hosts clearly want this place to work for their guests. We will return here.

My sister and I stayed at Plum Tree Inn while having a girls weekend in Pasadena. Lee was very easy to communicate with and his house is in a historic neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around. There is a lot of things to do and see in Pasadena and this was a great base camp for all our activities. If we return, we'd love to stay here again.

Very clean, very firm bed, very quiet area. Close to South Bay Beach community. (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Kings Harbor) Also easy travel to SoFi Stadium and The COSM. Bo , left us snacks and coffee pods, and texted us to be sure everything was ok, very nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to sleep and easy access to the surrounding area attractions.

We absolutely loved our stay. There nice friendly very clean and helpful. We’re planning to come back to LA for the third time and staying here again. Absolutely loved it !!!!!

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

Brian was very responsive during our entire visit. Place was clean and exactly as described. Close to York and a stone’s throw away from all the bars and restaurants on Fig. Bed was also very comfortable.

Had a great stay while I was here for a week. It was nearby everything that I have potentially needed, far away from the chaos of L.A but close enough to where there's still lots to do. Gil was really accommodating and welcoming during my entire stay. Place looked exactly like the pictures, bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean. would book again. thank you!

Ethan’s place was perfect. We were in town for the Dodgers game so we were coming and going. It was super easy to find and get into thanks to the clear instructions. It was a very cute and peaceful place and we would definitely stay here again.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and it was a great one. Winnie was very communicative both in response to our questions and proactively. The place was in a nice neighborhood setting, very close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The place was clean and spacious for the three of us. While there were multiple rental units in the building, our stay was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely recommend Winnie and would stay at her place again.

Great place! Cute furniture, private entrance, assigned parking, working kitchen, hosts were attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Liquor store, fruit stand and food within walking distance and close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again! My family and I felt right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is about a 20-or 25-minute walk to Claremont McKenna College and Pitzer College, which my son and I were visiting. The kitchen was very well equipped with good pots and pans. (So many AirBnBs have terrible pans where the nonstick is all scratched up or worn away.) The beds were firm and comfortable and it was quiet at night, despite being off a busy road. Lisa was very flexible and let us check in a little early to accommodate my son’s video call. We would definitely come back if traveling to the area again.
