Absolutely terrific stay! Clean. Fantastic beach front property with private beach. For our whole trip we only had 3-4 other groups of people on the entire beach. It was the perfect stop to relax and unwind! Highly recommend!

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy widlife, sea, sun and beach with our 2 boys and we found Marcin's Sea La Vie House. That's was a perfect match. This house is very nice, well maintained, well equipped and well organized. I could spend all my time taking pictures of Dolphins and birds from the wonderful porch. We enjoyed being there and we will certainly be back.

We loved our stay at this house! The location couldn’t be better, a quick and easy walk to Mexico Beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy spot near Mexico Beach!

Great place to stay. Felt right at home. Plenty of room for both of our families. House was right on the beach. Kids loved the water and beach. Great local seafood right down the road!

This place was everything we hoped for, absolutely beautiful and right on the beach. We loved how private and peaceful it was, with nothing but the sound of the wind and waves and the view of the ocean. Watching dolphins from the house was such a magical bonus! It was the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy some quiet time. We’d definitely love to come back!

Lori communicated extremely well. Check-in was a breeze. Just open the back door and walk the path right to the beach! House was clean and comfortable. I traveled with three of my sisters and our mother. Fresh local seafood was delicious! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Lori!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Cherise's beach home. Everything was wonderful. She provided so many thoughtful touches to make it feel so homey and inviting. Beautiful decor, great selection of games, soft towels/beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Also a generous number of starter supplies: coffee k cups, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and a well stocked kitchen. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The porches were so nice for sipping coffee and listening to the water or enjoying an outdoor meal. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly evenings. The beach is right outside the door! Lots of shells. My mom did need help to get up and down the end of the walkway. Great restaurants not too far away. Cherise was kind, helpful, and very quick to respond when we had a question. She even messaged to make sure we were aware of a bad storm that was coming through the night before we left. We made amazing memories with my 4 kids that we will always cherish.

house was amazing. Kids loved the pool. The only thing I wish was better was the beach. Water was murky the whole week and after talking to some locals I guess the water is like this majority of the time. The pool and private boardwalk made up for the beach though. Def a 5 star house.

this place was great especially for the amount of people we had! there was 4 family's and all the grownups had a king size bed and the kids all had full size beds. There was plenty of space and a short walk to the pool! we all had a wonderful time! we will definitely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Blanca. We had every possible amenity waiting for us, the home was in perfect condition, clean and well appointed. I had inquired with Lourdes about golf cart rentals and she recommended a local company that was excellent - reasonably priced and provided great service. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Beds were very comfortable and our preteeen girls loved the loft area upstairs, their own private space complete with cute spiral staircase. Adorable decor, gorgeous outdoor spaces, easy access to beautiful beaches, it was a perfect vacation. We can’t wait to return!

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

We had a wonderful family vacation on St. George Island. The kitchen and common areas were great. We were able to have meals together, play games, and watch the Olympics. We had the beach to ourselves! The pool was right out the back door!

I can't say what an AMAZING stay our family had! The house was absolutely beautiful and so comfy. The location was absolutely perfect and what a bonus with the huge hot tub and golf carts. I recommend this house and I know we will be back again! Huge shout out to a fabulous host. Thank you!

Great house! Easy walk to public beach access.

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

Shelbey’s place was beautiful. The beach was so calm and perfect for the little kids to play in. It was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Any time we had a question Shelbey was very quick to respond and she was very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful house away from the hustle and bustle but has lots of drivable restaurants. The top floor balcony and wall of windowed doors that can all be opened and pushed aside was a wonderful way to bring the outdoors in. The views are fantastic, and Jason is a wonderful host.

We fell in LOVE with this place. This was our first family vacation, and the hosts were super helpful, kind, and responsive! They even helped us out when we wanted to extend our stay (see first sentence for why). Travis offered up good local restaurants and made sure that we were all good! The home was clean, had everything, and offered an astounding sunset view. The area is quiet and peaceful, which was surprising since we stayed during spring break week! Again, we have fallen in love with this place and SJB/PSJ. Worth coming back to stay here again and again -- and we will!

This is our 2nd time staying at Zenghai’s place and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. This visit, we were 3 couples, so each couple had a private room + bath. Importantly, the kitchen was well-equipped and the DR had a large table, which worked well for group meals. The house was spotless and the beach, a short walk away, was lovely. Hope to return again!
