Bijan was such a wonderful host! Very caring and responsive. He will definitely look out for you and anything you need! The place was beautiful and private. Even though Bijan lives on the property, you definitely feel like you’re in your own space! Only 15 minutes from SGI, and the time includes the bridge. Would recommend to any small group wanting to stay near the Bay Area and close to the island. 10/10 for the host & rental. :)

We’ve stayed in town for years, but this place is far above the others! The location is worth it! The views are amazing. It’s an old Florida place so don’t expect the latest and greatest or modern. Perfect for what me and my husband needed.

Room was spotless clean. Nice room. Great for fishermen.

We stayed in the area for two nights and it was great! Hosts were very accommodating, communicative, and responsive as we had evening flights in and realized that Florida had two time zones and I didn’t realize that until after landing and getting on the road! Chill, tranquil, and close to all the places that my dad I and went to and enjoyed.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rex, the 4th time we’ve rented from Penny. The location can’t be beat for shopping, restaurants, bars and proximity to the river. The living room in the Rex is comfortable with plenty of seating. The beds are comfortable. The master bath is a good size, the other one is tiny. Every year I comment that there is not a tea kettle and there still isn’t one although there were 3 coffee pots. We are tea drinkers. We had an issue with the tv, turned out to be a bad remote. Penny and her husband were very responsive and solved the problem. We also got locked out once and they met us in a timely manner to let us in. All in all, a great place to stay in Apalachicola. We will be back

Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and clean. Easy to walk to the water or into downtown.

We enjoyed our visit to windmark/PSJ! Heather was an awesome host and the suite had everything we needed and more! Windmark has resort style amenities and PSJ and Mexico Beach are a short drive so you can’t go wrong with this location. We would definitely book again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Seahorse Galley! It was adorable, super clean, smelled amazing, and in a cool, historic place where U.S. soldiers trained for D Day! it was only a few minutes drive to Carabelle Beach, St. George Island, and Appalachicola. Our girls enjoyed how the house was decorated, too--something to look at everywhere! We will definitely be back. :)

We absolutely loved the place, especially the location, since the boardwalk to the beach on the ocean was right across the street! Emil and Laura were friendly and helpful. The bed was super-comfortable, and it was also great to have a picnic table so we could eat outside. The pool was also beautiful! We loved our time in St. George's Island and exploring the surrounding area! We enjoyed swimming and especially sunsets at the beach. Emil told us about how we could rent beach chairs, and we also rented a cornhole set and played cornhole on the beach, which was really fun. We loved exploring the island, we visited the St. George's Island lighthouse, St. George's state park, and also the nice nearby town of Appalachicola, and we hiked at Tate's Hell State Forest. We ate at Paddy's 3 times, in St. George's Island, which had wonderful food, and great atmosphere and friendly people. Everyone we met in St. George's Island and the surrounding area was very friendly. We loved the area

We stayed here while evacuating hurricane Milton! Was very grateful to have somewhere to stay while all hotels were completly booked up and Dino was gracious enough to work out a deal for us! Thank you!
