A very nice place for a comfortable stopover before running the Boston Marathon. I like that the furniture and finishing touches were all nice as well as functional as opposed to the bare minimum you often get in such places! Would have happily stayed longer :)

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

This cottage is exceptional! Set in a stunning, peaceful garden. The River Witham is a few steps away over a little bridge. Kathy & Alan are so warm and friendly but don't intrude, definitely the loveliest hosts we have met. The cottage is very cosy and absolutely spotless. Kathy has equipped the kitchen with everything you could possibly need and left ample supplies of dish cloths, pan scrubs, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and liquid for the washing machine and toilet roll. We have stayed in other places that have supplied the bare minimum. Comfy bed & Sofa . Hairdryer makeup mirror in the bedroom drawer. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Alan told us to treat it like home, feel free to enjoy the lovely garden. It was refreshing to not have lots of do's & don'ts rules. The only checkout request was to leave the used towels in the shower. Looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet & welcoming place to book? You have found a little haven!
