Monthly Rentals in Amlan

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

Breathtakingly beautiful. Our whole stay was peaceful and relaxing. Everything works and the owners were really helpful especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room. Make sure you have your own transportation available when booking the place. Good food available next door (Apolong Brewery) but they are only open Fri-Sun.

I had an excellent stay. The apartment is pleasant and clean, and the host is extremely responsive. If you plan to work online, the internet is very fast, which is a major advantage in the Philippines where it's not that common. However, there are sometimes power outages, but they are usually resolved quickly. The amenities are also great: pool, gym, and billiards room. The only downside is that the AC can get very noisy at times — but it didn’t bother me that much. I recommend it and would gladly return if I come back to Dumaguete.
