Great cozy spot in Lovingston! Ed was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Despite all the rain we were able to have a lovely weekend getaway. Wineries and restaurant options close by.

My husband and son stayed at Kandise's place for three nights while visiting Liberty University on a college visit. Kandise communicated in a timely manner. The location was close to everything. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property. One of us (family) lives in town and the rest came from afar, so it was nice to feel like we had our own home for the weekend. Location is great — couple trails and restaurants within 10 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood. Downtown or the river is 10 minute drive away. House itself is very enjoyable. Amazing morning light, big living space, comfortable beds and bedrooms. Kitchen was good. We enjoyed the back patio and bonfire pit. Didn’t use the pool as it was autumn. Overall I think this is a great spot if you’re looking for a quiet base camp that’s a great jumping off point for things to do around Lynchburg

Beautiful location. Room for several family members. Nice pool, deck, fire pits and chairs. Very peaceful and beautiful scenery. Expect to see deer playing in the field. I will say, if you’re a light sleeper you will hear every single board creak with any movement. The only couch is also in the basement, so no room to comfortably sit inside and visit. Plenty of wooden chairs at the dinning table, just not as comfy.
