This Highland House slope side first floor condo looks out over Ballhooter lift and Skidder...lots of action to watch and ski school/lessons right out the back door. This is a comfortable, peaceful, and convenient mountain getaway, with easy access to Snowshoe Mountain (6.5 miles) but without resort fees and atmosphere. Top floor unit in a low-key, small set of condo cabins, great light, privacy. Perfect place to return after a day outside, or hang out in while others play. Close to Greenbrier River Trail, Cass trains, X-country skiing, golf, restaurants, ski and snowboard rentals, waterfalls, and miles of hiking trails. Hot tub and wifi. Easy parking.

Comfortable, well kept, and convenient

I am minutes to the resort center yet central enough to take advantage of non resort amenities. While there is no ski in/out from this location, there is affordable food, country comfort, and you are still only 10 minutes from Top of the World. It is a very unique property and is geared towards regular skiers, bikers, families, and couples. You park right out front, the hot tub is next door, & restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Any pet must be approved in advance.
