Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Amherst County

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Fleetwood! From the historic charm of the house to the beautiful landscape, we felt right at home! Kristen and Brady were very accommodating and friendly! Our 3 pups enjoyed their stay and loved being able to explore the creek! Can’t wait to go back!

It was beautiful and peaceful. The house was clean and spacious and if he had any questions or needed help with something she was very responsive. It was a healing trip for our family and exactly what we needed. We hope we can return next year!

The place was beautiful, roomy and spacious! Great place to host a family dinner for special event. Cozy and nostalgic. Bill was a gracious host and reached out to us to ensure we had what we needed and even had breakfast items and a snack upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. :)

Their home is so beautiful. Very many little touches to make one feel at home. The Projection Screen is unlike anything we've ever seen. The fireplace and hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and woods. The King Bed and linens were luscious. Everything we needed to cook was there including a crock pot we used to make soup. And the M&M Dispenser helped our addiction.

Such a beautiful and charming house right in Buena Vista. The spaces were perfect for our group! Ashley and Ryan were very good at communicating and took excellent care to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This house was beautiful. We discovered the basement which had corn hole and other games. This house was perfect for the stay. Id definitely recommend staying at Amy’s. Again, Thank you Amy for welcoming my family and I into your home.

The house was very roomy for our family. We especially appreciated the kitchen size and space for making meals. The several porches and decks added extra private zones. And the 2 dining tables were great for playing games. The host was super responsive and very helpful in accepting our reservation. We are grateful for his kindness and understanding. The house was beautiful and in a convenient location for visiting our sons.

What a great location for an airbnb!! So much to do all within a few moments walk! Would highly recommend to anyone that loves quaint downtown areas with lots of life!

This place was a peaceful retreat for us while we were in Lynchburg for a college tour. It was very thoughtfully decorated. Honestly it felt so inviting that we wanted to extend our stay. We spent our morning coffee time on the porch admiring the river view and watching the bald eagles in their nest. So beautiful! Great place!!!
