Tim and Linda’s Farm Air B&B truly a hidden gem! We stayed there for four months while waiting for the completion of our home at Babcock Ranch. It is a GREAT location, being close to Downtown Fort Myers and all the amenities that Fort Myers has to offer. The outdoor living space in the barn was awesome for us and our two dogs. It looks over a large horse pasture where our new friends Apollo and Preacher graze in the fields. The horses are super friendly, and our dogs loved hanging out with them along with Tim and Linda’s two dogs. Tim and Linda are AMAZING hosts! They are super knowledgeable about the area and provided to us the best places to visit and eat. They were also available to answer any questions that we had during our stay and were super fun to hang out with. We arrived as strangers and left as friends!! We highly recommend staying at this Air B&B, especially if you are relocating to Southwest Florida, specifically Babcock Ranch as it is a 10 minute drive.

Joleigh was a great host. Always timely responses. The house provided just what we were looking for……peace and quiet. There was a minor issue upon checkin which Joleigh worked diligently to resolve in a timely manner. Even following up to verify everything was good. Upon entering the house it was super clean and inviting. Very nicely decorated. Super comfy king size bed. Nice game room. Enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.
