For one month this place was our home and it couldn’t be any better. It has everything we needed for a long, comfortable and safe stay with a little kid. The apartment is in good conditions, looks exactly as in the pictures. The location is perfect. A lot of stores, restaurants, places to walk within walking distance. Diana is a very responsive host, always there to answer all your questions and help with everything you ask. I definitely recommend this host! We will come back100%

A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

Excellent! From the first moment, communication was fast, clear and very friendly, always attentive to any questions or recommendations I needed. It is located in a quiet, safe and well-connected area. I loved that it is close to supermarkets, shops and with easy access to the center and the beaches, but at the same time far from the tourist noise, ideal for resting. The place was spotless: clean, tidy and with all the amenities working perfectly. The decor is very nice and well-kept, and I was surprised that it was even set according to the Easter season, which was a super nice detail that made the stay even more cozy. In addition, the house is quite spacious, with a very large area and several beds, which makes it perfect if you are traveling with family or friends. Without a doubt, one of the strengths was the tranquility of the neighborhood and how easy it was to get around from there to any part of the city. I felt at home from the start.

This places was beautiful on the inside and I felt very safe inside the location. The host was very responsive. There were a few reasons why I don’t give this listing a 5 but most of them were not things the host was at fault off. The location was very far from the beaches and it was very hard to find places to eat. The pool was not maintained so we couldn’t go inside. The room that has a double bed had a very weird smell. At first it was the sheets that smelled like bleach and the host brought us new ones. But we couldn’t spend the night in that room from the smell. Overall it was an ok stay.

Nice, modern condo in a safe area with security. Susan was a great host, communicated efficiently :) AC in all areas of the condo was a plus, especially out in Cancun.

We really liked the accommodation because the rooms are very spacious, the beds are large and the mattresses are good. The entire place was tidy and clean. It doesn't seem to be shared with anyone else. Luigi is very friendly and always answered our messages. I'd like to stay here again with my family. It is also perfect for people with reduced mobility or who cannot climb stairs. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent apartment. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. We were greeted by Rodrigo in the wake, he sent us a taxi to the ferry station and left us a list of local recommendations. Very attentive to every detail. If you are looking for a quiet, private, comfortable and execelent value for money, Rodrigo's apartment is one of the best options.

The accommodation is located very close to the ADO, which provides transfers to other points very easily. It is in a closed street which provides security and tranquility, it has a laundry machine (something that is very important) and the attention of Maria Cristina and her husband is very warm and super helpful. They are attentive to needs and are looking for solutions to the circumstances that arise. The bathroom has available towels and botiquin, details that make a quiet stay

Absolutely fantastic place, this is our 4th trip to Isla and this is by far the best accommodation. Everything was as described and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Already planning our next trip and will def stay here again

Adrian and Yus were such great hosts. Adrian is the primary contact and he responded to me quickly day or night, even after 10 PM many times. When ordering food delivery the security gate requires notice, otherwise the delivery driver cannot enter. So just be aware you'll have to alert Adrian prior to making food deliveries. I always tried to let him know a half hour to an hour ahead of time. The space was small but sweet, I loved the balcony and used it daily to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet, road noise, just the chatter of pups in the area. The 4th floor has the best view but of course the most stairs. I brought up 6 suitcases and a backpack, and lots of water, it was a chore at first but after a few days I was very used to it. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Water pressure in the shower is totally fine, takes a minute or two to get really warm but it never bothered me. The sink and laundry water was slower, but no big deal. I would recommend this Airbnb :)

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.

Definitely a five star, everything as described, very clean. The view is better than the one in the photo. We were a party of four and had a great time here. We would love to come back.
