Monthly Rentals in Alcoma

The little apartment had all we needed for our two week stay. It was comfortable and we loved having the park right across the street. Harry and Jessica were very nice hosts.

The Stay at Diane’s was great. We had a great time fishing on Lake Rosalie. We tied the boat up along the sea wall behind the house. Great views of the lake from the elevated deck. Nice and quiet neighborhood. All the amenities you need in the house. Very clean and organized. Diane and the housekeeper Tammy were extremely nice and helpful. Well worth the stay. Perfect 1 BR house for a solo traveller. I was in town for a competition, and found T’s house a quiet place to recover and recharge during my stay. Check-in/out were slightly more involved but T communicated very clearly and made it an easy process. Would absolutely stay here again

I stayed at this condo for one month while visiting family. I felt right at home. There were a few issues but Martha addressed them. The area is very quiet and it felt remote. I always needed my GPS to navigate within the Grenelefe condo community and also the local area. A car is definitely needed to get around. The unit is clean and Martha provided a few cleaning supplies for maintenance. The kitchen area is small and efficient. There are utensils, and all appliances are there. I cooked all my meals without any problems. There's a big storage closet for putting away items. I am grateful there was a playpen. Which came in handy for my grandchild. The weather was freezing some of the days I stayed but the bathroom has its own heater. The bathroom is a good size too. Shampoo and conditioner was provided. There is a small laundry room at the opposite side of the building. You will have to load cash on the money card to pay for the washer and dryer. I enjoyed my stay.
