Oh my goodness, so beautiful and peaceful! The pool and the view were lovely as was the little forest walk, where I saw monkey and so many butterflies!

We had a lovely stay at the b2b! The hosts were very responsive and helpful, would recommend for those looking to stay close to the airport before or after a flight.

We really enjoyed our stay at Finco Camino Nuevo and would definitely recommend! If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet retreat in Monteverde this a great place! Keith was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and we especially enjoyed the breakfast and meeting other travelers! I would recommend using a car with 4WD as the terrain in Monteverde can be challenging to navigate in the rain and at night. The Airbnb is also very close to Monteverde Biological Reserve which was so convenient!

Very friendly welcome upon arrival. The staff is very available and smiling We loved the hot chocolate and the little chocolate chips on our arrival. Making our chocolate bars with all the explanations of the process of making and producing the beans was great. The visit to the plantation was interesting and we had the pleasure of seeing a sloth and toucans on site. We wanted to stay one more night and Simon found the solution immediately while the finca was full. Thanks to him. Be careful in case of rain there is a small part of the road to pass a little chaotic. 4x4 highly recommended or necessary if you want to continue to the volcanoes.

If you want remote beauty, this is it! It was so tranquil. We loved lying in the hammocks and listening to the sounds of the birds and the river. Having a kitchen to use, and space to spread out and enjoy ourselves was so relaxing. Johanna was so kind and helpful! She helped us know what was going on with a road closure and gave us alternative ideas when needed. We would highly recommend staying here!

Wow, what a treat it was to stay in this beautiful villa! We were a group of 4 adults, 1 teen & 1 baby, and the home gave us all enough room to stretch out and relax. The beds were so comfortable, the whole place decorated impeccably, and the pool & backyard were awesome to chill out and unwind. We loved that we were able to walk across the street for a chocolate & coffee tour, and it was a quick drive to hot springs resorts, zip lining & plenty of restaurants. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive to all of our questions, and were quick to help with a maintenance request. We’d recommend BAUMA to anyone and we’d love to come back here for a future visit!

Our three generation family thoroughly enjoyed every moment there. Patrick, his boys and wife along with Mar, treated us so well. I highly recommend to enjoy the incredible breakfasts each day. Views to enjoy each morning and evening! We had a blast in the pool area with pool table, pingpong, and the hot tub! We felt we wanted to adopt this family as extended family for future visits. Highly recommend. Oh! Don’t miss the walk to Cote Lake up the road!! Easy walk for the nimble, my 80 year old folks, not as much, but the enjoyed the drive.

Worked well for a quick stop in at night!

Lovely stay in a peaceful place. Only downside; small insects and small lizards present in the accommodation, it surprises at first! Doors don't close tightly. There were stray dogs looking for a family who frequented the place, a little annoying, but they were transported elsewhere at the end of our stay. Otherwise great!

Thank you for just a little comment maybe updating your reservations because we had found it the first time and because the guy at the front desk told us that we didn't have a reservation I picked up 1 more hour while I had found the first time and my reservation air b and b had not entered your system but otherwise everything was perfect thank you

This place is very secluded. Starry nights, peaceful, nice place to watch the lighting over the mountain. Host is A+. Getting there is a little daunting. Dirt road from the main highway is well over an hour to the place because you have to drive cautiously. So make sure you have a full tank of gas before entering the dirt path. The nearest station is 1.5+hrs away. Drive before 5pm. Nothing to be done about that, it’s the adventure 😀. Once you are there prepare for peace, nature and the best nights rest !

Great location near La Fortuna, and easy access. We only stayed one night, but the place is perfect

we loved our studio apt. it was an excellent, efficient design with TV and terrific hot water. the full refrig and great little kitchen was great. francisco is a wonderful host and a pleasure to deal with. we highly recommend this place. it is an excellent value.

Great home! Just bring seasonings if you are planning on cooking. I appreciate that everyone was so helpful and quick to fix the WiFi tissue I had for only a day…I was able to work and enjoy walking to town for what I need. Highly recommend!

I love staying with Pierre Nuria. The accommodations were exactly what I wanted, maybe even better. NPR and Nora were so kind and accommodating. It was lovely to chat with them and have breakfast altogether. Highly recommend.

We booked very briefly in advance because our accommodation failed elsewhere. We were very well helped and they cleaned the whole house in a short time. It is a great house and beautiful location, good base for excursions . As other reviews write. Is it true that the bathroom has a special location and is not directly accessible through the bedroom, but no problem for us. The improvement point is that it should be checked after the shower whether it is hot or it is cold. The ideal temperature is simply impossible to set.
