Condo vacation rentals in Alajuela Province

My stay at this place was wonderful. I met a lot of good people and felt safe each and every day. I was able to see all of the sites by walking or Uber. It's a great location to see the city considering it location is all most downtown. And its very close to the airport and not far from San Jose.

This is a spacious and well lit apartment. And well stocked with just about everything needed for a longer stay. The apartment is located within a community of apartment buildings with a pool, event area, children's playground, etc, and that community is one of several in a larger group that also includes a small park and some walkable areas. Just outside of the larger area there is a shopping center with a grocery store, workout gym, restaurants, etc. The whole community kinda feels tucked out of the way of general everyday life, and there is not a whole lot you can reach by foot within a reasonable amount of time. However, the area seems to be developing as there is lots of open space and things under construction. Our host was exceptional and very responsive. We had a minor problem that she got resolved hours after contacting her. She had a fan delivered to the apartment when we complained about the heat. Our stay was truly a pleasure!

Aaron’s place was extremely clean and comfortable to stay in for the week! He was extremely helpful and responsive with requests and questions. The bed was very comfortable too!

I honestly loved staying at the Mc Guinness family home. They are a sweet family and the place is phenomenal both for short and long stays. It is private, quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommended 100%. If I had to stay again I would definitely choose them. So so so thankful!

Tanyia and Rod are truly the most kind and welcoming hosts with the most beautiful property. It was the most lovely stay, so calm and beautiful, a true oasis of a home. The air bnb has everything you would need in terms of livability, such as kitchen tools and cooking essentials along with being beautifully clean and comfortable in every way. Would highly recommend staying at any of Tanyia and Rods homes :)

The apartment was well appointed and very well designed! The hosts were always very responsive and so very pleasant to interact with! The complex it is located in is very quiet and the security guards are very proactive and friendly. I would definitely stay again!

The place was perfect, we arrived later than expected at check-in but Ileana, she left us everything ready so that we could enter without hassle. She was super responsive. The place is beautiful. I super recommend it and would go back to there.

The apartment had great amenities and was decently priced. However, the address listed was wrong causing confusion and there were no Wi-Fi instructions provided. Nonetheless, highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience a stone throw away from the airport!

We stayed here before our flight, perfect location for the airport as well as the mall if you into shopping. Clean, secure just what we needed.

Great place! It has everything one needs for long stays. Really good location, halfway between the Airport and the capital San José. Decent internet for remote work. The host was very kind and attentive.

Marcela and Agustín were very friendly and will provide us with all the information of the apartment and its facilities. It has an excellent undercut of pool, courts and dog park. The apartment is full furnished and met our expectations and needs.

I fully agree with all the good reviews. Luis Carlos is a fantastic host. We had several heavy suitcases. We could roll them from the assigned parking place directly to the ground floor apartment, about 35 m distance, without a single stoppage. Never happened anywhere before. The apartment is very functional. The kitchen is unusually well supplied. If you climb up the hill, there is a clubhouse where you can eat, and have a truly magnificent view over the area. Outside the gate, there is a small grocery store, some 50 m to the left. Otherwise you need a car, or use Uber o taxi. Highly recommendable Airbnb option!

The condo was immaculate, loved our week visiting San Jose. So conveniently located, just 15 min from the airport and so many restaurants. The hosts are LOVELY! Wonderful communication and so helpful. Highly recommend.

This couple was so nice! They were kind, proactive, helpful, attentive and concise! The apartment was super clean and fully stocked with all the things you need to cook, make coffee, ice, etc, even board games and puzzles! The back was peaceful. We loved this space so much!!! We hope to come back again. Highly recommend this rental 🙌🏼

Beautiful view, very well equipped home with excellent security measures and responsive hosts! The gated neighborhood is a true standout and while Grecia itself isn’t that interesting to visit, the multiple amenities the condo has to offer really makes up for the town. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for myself and my elderly parents. Thank you! 🙏

Daniel is an awesome and hospitable host who helped us navigate through some difficulties we had with our travel to and from Costa Rica. The condo is in a beautiful complex with a lot of security and amenities. Beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. Maintenance keeps the grounds very clean as well. Definitely worth the cost, location to the highways, location to SJO, and to all the shopping malls in Santa Anna.
