Laura's place is a great place to stay! There's so many details that show their thoughtfulness in designing the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed in many places in Playa and Daniela’s penthouse is one of the best! There is so much space, in the apartment and on the roof. The covering over the plunge pool with jets helped keep you cool from the Playa sun. The BBQ and kitchen sink upstairs is a perfect touch. The rooms, and everything else, were super clean and comfortable. The ACs were strong, the washer and dryer useful, and was well stoked in the kitchen and plenty of extra linens and towels. It’s close to Playacar and the ADO turística and Cozumel ferry. Would definitely stay here again with friends and/or family. Daniela is also very responsive.

Alejandro is a fantastic host, he is very responsive, helpful, and friendly; all qualities a host needs to make you feel comfortable! The place in reality is just as advertised in the pictures and in the description, located in a fine spot where you can reach anywhere in Playa Del Carmen by walking. Only one small issue to mention is that during my stay there was a bad odour that I had to deal with and I did not know what caused it, but it was nothing major once I used air fresheners. Thank you very much again Alejandro!

Sandro‘s place is cute, quaint and rustic - great for the digital nomad who wants to live in simplicity. My favorite thing about this place is the little patio right outside the front door, which I spent many days working from and having my morning coffee on. The Wi-Fi is fast-enough for basic tasks including video calls. The property is very safe, with a locked gate leading into the patio area, another locked gate on the front door, a lock on the bedroom door, and a safe inside the bedroom. It’s on a relatively quiet street (compared to La Quinta) and the neighbor that lived above me, was also respectful and quiet, which shows that Sandro selects good people to stay in his places. I was also grateful for the gas stove and the full-size fridge. (This seems like a weird thing to say but so many places in Mexico only have silly little mini fridges.) Sandro’s staff are friendly and, most importantly, they respond immediately to issues you may have. Thank you Sandro for the experience!

I have stayed with Martha on many cozumel vacations. Her unit is well equipment and played out. Martha is always available to help at any time.

We've had a 2 week stay in George's apartment. As many of the comments stated before, George is a wonderful host and available for all requests. He picked us up from the port, took us there again at the end and showed us around to different places of Cozumel. The apartment is starting to show its age and gains a lot from the terrace with the many beautiful colibris passing by. The kitchen could need some more equipment if you don't plan to eat out every day (maybe we needed it more as others as we had some rainy and some sick days while being there). George kindly supplied us with regular change of sheets and towels. The bikes are basic and should take you to town and back. Personally, I prefer my own snorkeling equipment for longer trip out on the sea. All in all, we felt very comfortable for our 2 week stay.

Jonathan or someone else from the team was very responsive and understanding of our needs. The place was spotless upon arrival. I would say to make time in your trip to leave it just as spotless as you found it and to replace the water you used. We also enjoyed a parking spot right in front of our door when moving luggages in and out.

Lovely place away from the noise of the hotel area. Make sure you have a good car as the surrounding streets are not well maintained. Great host.

The place is a 5 minute drive from Cozumel airport and a 15 minute walk to center of Malecon. Place is better than in the pictures with big rooms upstairs, and a big open space downstairs. Pool is great and the back yard is quite big. Fabiola was always available to replenish supplies and give information as needed. I highly recommend the place.

Patrick was very responsive and met us at the grocery store, helped us load groceries, when and escorted us to the Airbnb location. During our stay it rained almost the entire week and this flooded the road to and from town which made it difficult to get to the Airbnb (we had to obtain a jeep which waded through), but the Airbnb itself was beautiful, spacious and peaceful. Additionally, the assistant to the Airbnb did our laundry, which was quite helpful due to the remote nature of the home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back (preferably when it is clear and sunny)!

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

This place was PERFECT for divers. Private safe back yard with a hose and space to let gear dry. It was quiet. No problem streaming movies to TV. I would stay here again.

Kara & her property manager William are a credit to Airbnb. Luckily we found Kara's place after our previous host had cancelled our month-long stay on the actual day of our arrival in Playa! Kara & William spent several hours helping us out, getting us moved into her lovely apartment & saved our vacation from being ruined. The hacienda has a peaceful courtyard & the apartment is very clean & comfortable, with nice decor & artwork. It is very well laid out & has everything you need including a large private roof terrace. Location is absolutely perfect - just seconds from the nicer end of 5th Ave & very close to restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket and the beach, yet as soon as you enter the courtyard of the hacienda you are met with peace and tranquility. Kara & William were quick to answer any queries & kept in touch with us to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in Playa del Carmen and many thanks again to Kara & William for looking after us!!

We had a great stay! The pictures are accurate and you get exactly what they show - beautiful! We enjoyed the private pool, the rooftop pool and great water pressure in the shower. From what we could see, this Airbnb was the nicest one on the property as it had the nice private pool. The team was always so responsive and helped us organize scooter rentals and transportation back to Playa Del Carmen afterwards. Can’t say enough good things!

We were so thrilled with the condo! It is in the heart of playa del Carmen’s 5th ave and you couldn’t have a better location! The convenience of the restaurant right out front was great and the food and service was amazing! We spent alot of time on the patio with the cold Jacuzzi and it was a life saver in the heat! Nelly was very responsive and attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The home was clean and cute with every amenity you needed (blow dryer, sunscreen, bug spray) in the event you forgot anything. Fully stocked kitchen with a water cooler and a reservoir in the fridge. We would happily rent this place again and again. Mandy is a friendly and responsive host. She immediately connected me with a person on site who attended to our needs promptly. The location and view is perfect, only steps to the sea. The bed is comfortable. The unit is fully stocked for any need in the kitchen. Mandy has prepared a large binder with information on the unit, safety, Mexican laws, restaurants, recreation options and locations (snorkeling, cenotes). I highly recommend perusing this shortly after your arrival. Mandy has provided all the equipment you will need to enjoy the sea. This includes snorkeling gear, a kayak, life vests, boogey boards, chairs, beach mats, etc. There are several good restaurants within walking distance of the unit. The highlight for us was snorkeling in the lagoon and snorkeling in Akumal Bay (easy sandy access, we swam with turtles, stingray and many fish. No need to pay to “swim with the turtles”. Swimming on your own in the bay is less crowded and more serene.

Great apartment with security and super close to all you want to see in playa del carmen. Go for it, I recommend this place.

We've been comfortable and it has easy access to the 307. That's why it's a great location to visit Xelha, Xplor and Rio Secreto, Tulum. Fifth Avenue is about a 15-minute drive. Nearby, Walmart and Chedraui are within a short drive.
