Suite #3 was very comfy, quiet, and welcoming. Exactly as pictured and described.

This apartment was so well appointed and comfortable. It was clean and immaculate. It had a lovely color scheme and comfortable furnishings. The decorating had a theme that was peaceful and updated. The thoughtfulness of the owner is apparent throughout. Roy was so responsive to any requests, and made special accommodation when we needed to stay longer. We cannot say enough about our stay here, and will look to stay here as often as we come to the area.

We loved our stay at Mark and Judy’s place! The downstairs apartment is perfectly cozy and we loved hiking on the neighborhood trail with our dog. Mark and Judy welcomed us warmly, helped guide us up the mountain to their place and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The kitchenette served our needs perfectly for the weekend with the hot plate, toaster, and coffee pot. We came for our annual Christmas tree choose and cut adventure and we loved our Saturday adventure to Boone. Would definitely stay again!

Tyrone’s spot was so great for our short trip in Johnson City! Very accommodating for us to bring our small dog. The dog that roams the property is also very friendly! Great price for the stay as well. We will be back!

This bottom floor apartment was in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that was close to all the West Jefferson places we like to visit. It was clean and organized. I loved the little “extra thoughtful amenities” that were available if you forgot things from home. My favorite part was sitting on the porch drinking coffee relaxing while two hummingbirds hovered for a minute.

This place is beautiful!! We were greeted at check in (which we made last minutes plans) they were super nice. There was no detail left unthought of! The decor was perfect. They had everything we didn’t even think of makeup wipes, q tips, bottled water and popcorn for us! It was a very quiet neighborhood and the view of the lake was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there and we hope to again one day!

Jerry and Taylor were amazing hosts. Their place was adorable and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay very much, and I look forward to booking with them in the future!

Robin’s cottage is so cute and was the perfect place for us to stop as a midway point in our trip. After a particularly trying day of travel, it was a warm welcome to arrive at the peaceful cottage! There was sooo much space for us to spread out and relax, it even has two porches, one fully enclosed. Our favorite aspect is that it is pet-friendly! We are traveling with two of our fur babies and they felt right at home too. Very large yard for them to walk on the leash, there is a little fenced-in area as well. Food and water bowls available which was great so we didn’t have to unpack ours. The beds were very comfy and everything was pristine clean. We had a great night’s sleep and look forward to returning for a night on our way back home! Robin is lovely. Responsive, friendly, and kind. Thanks Robin!

Findley House was a fantastic place! Two college friends met for a quiet Friendsgiving, and this house was the perfect spot. It was clean, beautifully appointed and had so many thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. Everything was so modern but cozy (great linens and towels are a mark of great host to me). Lisa left a personal note with recommendations for meals along with some snacks! Downtown Damascus is practically around the corner and we were happy to support a few of the stores. The town was impacted by Helene but is slowly reopening- please visit and support the local business! Everyone was so kind. It was a bit colder than we expected, I would go back when it’s warmer to enjoy the outdoor space! Overall it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

The house was wonderful, very clean and in great condition. All the furniture was very comfortable. The weather was great, as such our dogs were able to take full advantage of the securely fenced yard. I was a little concerned that my lab would be able to hurdle the 3' fence, and maybe in his younger days he might have. But at 12 years old there was no incentive to leave the yard. The fence is higher to the southwest where the adjacent neighbor has a dog. The kitchen is adequately stocked with pots, pans and utensils to create basic meals. The knives were a little dull. Maybe there was a sharpening stone that I didn't see. The laundry facilities conveniently located in the kitchen is great. The location is very quiet and only a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Most importantly for us it was a short ride to the Meadowview Convention Center where we were attending the National Beagle Club Specialty. We could not have been more pleased with the house, location or Adeline.

This place is beautiful. Great view and incredibly comfortable and homey. No clutter and had everything needed. Overall we would book again. It is close to great restaurants and the host was very proactive about reaching out. Our only thing I'd note is it's in a neighborhood and the road is loud at night so you need a fan or sound machine to sleep well if you're a light sleeper. This is not at all on the host or a negative aspect about the house, I just didn't realize it. Overall we had a great stay and great experience.

We booked the home the morning of our stay and only spent one night because we just needed to break up our drive home from Thanksgiving. Hugo was responsive and friendly and gave clear instructions regarding the home. Everything was just as pictured and we were able to settle in right away. The home had plenty of space for our family of 6. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There are no extra “chores” to do before check out and that allowed us to get right back on the road which we appreciated. He also supplied coffee which saved us a stop! We did not have a chance to explore Bristol but wish that we had…maybe another time! When choosing this home just be aware that none of the bedrooms have locks and 2 of the 3 rooms have sliding barn doors in case the lack of privacy is an issue for you. Otherwise we would highly recommend the home to anyone looking to visit Bristol or have a pit stop like us!

Great place to stay fit all our needs for our trip . Would use Seth's place again if we would return to the area.

Karen was a pleasure to work with we ending up coming a day sooner then we expected and even though she had someone there that morning who was checking out she had the place cleaned and ready for us that night so we didn't have to book a separate hotel until our check in time ! she made the accommodation for us easy and was glad to help figure out our solution . the place was wonderful and very organized which I loved because im a ocd type of person ;) so I was excited to be able to stay somewhere that reminded me our home . my son raced the entire week we were there so it was a great spot to stay during that time and it was very relaxing once we were back at the home . Definitely recommended by us ! we truly enjoyed our time !

Michael's airbnb was exactly as it was described in he listing. It was conveniently located very near to each of my family members who live in the Bristol VA and Bristol, TN areas. We had plenty of space and when guests came by, to visit there was no reason for them to go beyond the first floor common area. I will definitely recommend this property to friends or family. Clean, cozy, and was more than expecting!!!!!

Stayed here for a weekend softball tournament in Johnson City. Location was fantastic and the neighborhood was calm and peaceful. The unit was clean and tidy and there were tons of amenities available for us. The beds were comfy and the house felt like home. Would stay again!!

Rita is an excellent host. She is gracious and responsive. The condo isn't much to look at on the outside - but inside it is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were traveling with our adult daughter, and our son and his family (4 children included). We had plenty of space and we were able to put the kids to bed and enjoy talking in the living room. My husband, an excellent cook who was helping with some Thanksgiving side dishes to bring to our friends celebration, was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked including sharp knives (this is uncommon in our experience) and top notch kitchenaide appliances (also not common in other places were we have stayed). You do have a beautiful view although the raceway is part of that. But it is an excellent place to stay even if you aren't there to watch races! We have friends who live in Bristol and we will definitely be repeat customers!
