Barry was an awesome host! This was a very first stay in an Airbnb and it was amazing! The check in and check out process was easy and had very clear instructions. Barry was very friendly and prompt with him responding to any questions we had even before we checked in. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here again! 5 out 5 stars!

We arrived in snow and very high winds, making visibility a challenge. Fortunately, the pictures of the apartment made it very easy to recognize from the main street. The lock box was easy to open, so we were able to get in the door quickly. The apartment is very new and clean looking. The bed was very comfortable, but you'd probably want to bring your own pillows. We found that the kitchen was very lightly outfitted for cooking in, but was perfectly adequate for breakfast and lunch. Fortunately there is an Ingles and Walmart really close by for groceries. The restaurants and shops are an easy walk away.

Pam is incredibly hospitable and friendly. She was almost immediately responsive to any questions or concerns I might have, and she showed genuine appreciation for choosing her unit.

Truly a great find - a wonderful place. We only stayed here for one night, but we'd have loved to stay longer, and especially in warm weather to take advantage of the pool and amazing deck area! Deborah's place is super clean, and very comfortable. It feels very private, and is well stocked with everything you need, including a great couch and plenty of entertainment options. Deborah was extremely responsive and accommodating, we had some special requests and she was very understanding. Absolutely no complaints, would love to stay again!

My first Airbnb experience. It was great. Hosts described the offering very well and communicated clearly. I had no surprises, no complaints. This worked out super.

Very interesting stay. Our 1st reservation canceled due to storms knocking out power and water. We found Mary's place that morning and she responded immediately to our request. Unfortunately, while on our drive to Abingdon, the power went out at Mary's also but still had water. We decided to stay and Mary bent over backwards to help make our stay enjoyable. Luckily, the power came back on for our 2nd night. I would not hesitate to stay again. Mary and her family are wonderful people. They are the reason we had such a nice experience during the aftermath of such a horrible storm.

We booked very last minute and Shannon was extremely accommodating! The place was larger inside than we thought it would be, which would be great if you have more then 2 people staying. It was an easy walk to downtown and seemed like a pretty safe neighborhood.

Apartment was cozy & exactly like the picture’s & description! Elizabeth & Lino couldn’t have been nicer & so welcoming!! If in the area, would stay again without hesitation!! Perfection!

Booked last minute after a death in the family. Was perfect for our needs as three siblings needing to stay together. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. Location is convenient to North JC. Would stay again!

Great place to stay for a couple nights while in town to fish. The place was clean and had all we needed. We would stay again. However, the drive was a bit muddy with a big mud hole to dodge coming and going. The yard around the place needs cleaning up. We thought we were in the wrong place at first due to the clutter. Not much for curb appeal but the inside was very nice.

Excellent property, very clean and exactly like the photos. Host was quick to answer and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend! Excellent all around!

Great new Airbnb in beautiful West Jefferson. The space is so tastefully decorated with great use of space. Very close to charming downtown. Cari even left us a gift card for Blue Deer which was just across the street!

Our favorite place to stay near Bristol. It’s very modern and clean. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. It feels like home. Can’t wait to go back!!

Kenneth and Runae's attention to detail is second to none. The space was perfect for our needs! Beautiful space and peaceful surroundings. Friendly attentive hosts! My daughter wanted to move in :) Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing experience at Jim's place. Very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed chatting with Jim and his wife and they provided a lot of great information and were very flexible with our schedule. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful view !! Comfortable bed. Hot tub a big plus ! Jim was very helpful and had great recommendations for local hikes. I could literally see the snow moving in across the mountain. It was the perfect spot !

Great place exactly as described! Close to what we wanted to do but far away enough from noise well until the Speedway starts probably 🤣 Very responsive hosts answered all my questions promptly! Clean & spacious! 5 stars!
