Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Zell am See

We had a lovely stay. A nice chalet to stay in. You have all you need. We were there for skiing. So that was within walking distance. Also to ski with the older children nowadays. Beautiful view from the balcony to enjoy yourself in the sun.

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is beautifully built, well equipped and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (it's actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help with a room fragrance, but unfortunately this only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord you don't get into that and we were grateful for the help offered.

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We had a wonderful weekend at Arno's place in St. Johann! Check-in and communication were totally straightforward. The apartment was clean and exactly as written. Arno gave us good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!

I had another great winter sports holiday with my family in the Traumhaus! It is a very suitable house for families with young children. The view in the living room of the snowy mountain peaks is really fantastic :-). Communication with Monika goes well and responds quickly. I recommend this apartment to everyone for a great time in the sun or in the snow.

The apartment was perfect for us with dog and just as described and superbly equipped. The beds are comfortable, parking right next to the apartment, the path to the ski cellar short, everything is very clean and welcoming. View from the apartment to the mountains is a dream and the opportunities for leisure activities are endless. Slope to ski in front of the door, as well as a fantastic trail, opportunities for hiking on great trails, tobogganing... We will be happy to come back. 😊

Our stay was very satisfactory throughout the week and you can relax very well in Manuel's vacation home. It is located at the end of a quiet street and is easily accessible by car. For the daily trip to the ski gondola, however, the car is a great relief and was therefore no problem for us. Twice a week a bread van came directly to the house, otherwise a bread service, which unfortunately was not possible, would have been pleasant. The equipment is good, some wonderfully new (TV, speakers and two bedrooms) and a few small things in the kitchen would have to be replaced or repaired. All minor problems could be immediately clarified and cleared up. All in all a very nice stay! We would definitely like to come back.

Very centrally located. 7 minutes walk to valley station De Achter Jet. Here, there are also 2 Intersport shops. Intersport Arena sits right next to the Achter Jet gondola. The other Intersport (Intersport am Jet) is 50 meters away. At both locations you can rent ski equipment and also have ski depots at both and both close to the gondola. The Mpreis is also something of 8 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The Spar and the baker are further. At Mpreis also fresh rolls but opens from 8 a.m. The bakery from 6 a.m. but is a fifteen-minute walk. The apartment itself is ideal. 2 rooms separated by a hall. 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub with shower and the other with shower cabin. Both also a toilete. Not very modern but a small dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster. Good Wifi. Really wonderful beds. In short, with all the comforts! The place was perfect for our snowboard weekend. The apartment has everything you need and the location is also great. The ski bus stops right in front of the house. You can be at the gondola in 5 minutes.

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

Spent a super nice birthday weekend with friends at the cabin. It is super cozy, tastefully decorated and a unique mix of old and modern 😊 communication with the hosts was also very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our stay in the forest house with several families with small children was a real experience. The house was perfectly equipped and nothing was missing. Much was beyond our expectations so that we had packed too much ourselves because things like games, sleds, spices, toilet paper and much more were available in sufficient quantity. Piano and table tennis were also very well received by young and old. The location was perfect for starting short ski trips to the ski area directly from the lift next to the hut and taking turns in between to share childcare. Would always book the forester's house again if good deals can be found.

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days

Host of trouble,communicative,place right next to the lift. Great for bigger parties. It's a little rustic ,a little worn ,but it has an absolute atmosphere and plenty of space. What I expected. Great

We had a nice stay with Katharina. The house matched the description entirely. Great view and nice and spacious. big enough for our group of 9 people. The house is old but extremely well cleaned and nothing is "dirty". We took the drive to it in winter but we didn't need our snow chains in the end because it was snow-free, I think that if it snowed you really need them. the house is fully equipped with basically everything you might need.
