Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Zell am See

A lovely house, setting sun on the veranda! With a ski ramp in front of the door, at the top you have to walk a bit for the connection to the gondola. The house is beautiful, cozy, quick to heat by gas heaters. Mattresses are firm, bunk beds too short for tall people. For tall people, the house is sometimes a challenge. Contact with host via airbnb app is fine. Fast & friendly. The spar is 8 minutes walking from the house. You then cross the ski slope, super nice, bring good shoes. Apres ski at the top of the mountain can mainly be heard on the “spar side” of the village. In the cottage you hardly heard of it.

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is nicely built, well equipped and has a great view of the surrounding mountain. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (is actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help here via a room scent, which unfortunately only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord, you are also not in it and we were grateful for the help offered.

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We were very warmly welcomed by Thomas upon arrival. The house absolutely corresponded to the pictures and descriptions. The quiet location and the great view of the Wilder Kaiser did us all good. We enjoyed the time there very much, felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

My two daughters and I had a nice time at House Gilbert. Remarkable: there is a ski path from the valley railway right in front of the house!

We stayed in the Kollischan family's accommodation for the second time and would keep coming back. The location is great, the gondola is just a few yards away. The property is very clean and nothing is missing.

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

I've always wanted to stay in a chalet way up on the hill and I finally did it. There were 9 of us & we rented out both levels. It was wonderful. We understand that a place that is 100's of years old is going to have some critters. Yes, we saw a few bugs and spiders & the experience was totally worth it. This place has modern bathrooms & yet still so much old charm. It is 25 minutes from Zell Am See. We stayed 3 nights. Loved the porch in the morning. We had plenty of space. Appreciated the hot water pot & the coffee. .The beds were comfortable. My son slept on the very top floor & said it was very warm at night. It might have been nice to have a fan up there. We all still had a wonderful time & would definitely recommend it. Some of our family members went to the lake about 5 miles away & had a great time jumping off the diving boards. We rented bikes & went around the lake in Zell Am See, stopped & had lunch & had a great time. We drove to the High Alpine Road & Wow, it was awesome.

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

We had a fantastic weekend at Uschi's cabin! The location was simply fantastic – in the middle of nature including a magnificent mountain panorama. The cabin itself is very spacious, both in terms of amenities and in terms of space. We have already rented some cabins, but this one was by far the most spacious and all in all very cozy and welcoming. Communication with Uschi was also smooth and uncomplicated. Therefore, we can only recommend a stay here and would rent the cabin again at any time should we hike in the area.

It was extremely cozy. The location on the slopes is ideal. A quaint experience to cook on a wood-burning stove. We'll be back.

We had a great time at Annette's place! Everything was perfect. The house is very warm and well-decorated. The setting is absolutely beautiful with beautiful views of the mountains. The sauna is very pleasant, as is the silence that reigns there. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and did everything to ensure that we had a perfect stay! Thanks again:)

It is a charming and cozy/wonderful cabin on the hillside with beautiful surroundings and walking trails. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need for a stay. It is close to the city (5 mins drive) and a restaurant is a stone`s throw away. Katharina is always available and responsive. It is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!
