Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Zell am See District

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We traveled with two families for a week’s ski holiday and as there was just 9 of us we had ample of space. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There are lots of bathrooms and toilets so getting ready in the morning was easy. The sauna was much appreciated by all after a full day of skiing. There is a great boot room with a heated cupboard to keep your boots and your ski clothes nice and warm over night. Really great touch. The shared spaces are really cosy and comfy. Plenty of space for kids and grownups to have their own space for chilling and socialising. The kitchen is great for cooking and we ended up staying in most nights even if there are a lot of great eating options nearby. The location is superb with a short walk to the gondola. Skiing at the resort is fantastic and is well catered for kids and families. We have no hesitation in recommending this place for any family or group of friends.

This is a lovely house and cozy for the Family. We enjoyed our stay and had lots of fun frome the Free summer cards to lots of activities in Zell Am See. the kids loved it and so did we.

This accommodation has exceeded our expectations more than. Everything was super clean, stylish, furnished with attention to detail with high-quality wooden furniture and a very special feel-good factor. The rooms are flooded with light and spacious, so you feel welcome from the first moment. The kitchen is perfectly equipped – there was really nothing missing, also ideal for longer stays or if you like to cook yourself. Thomas and Birgit were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always responsive and with great tips on the area. The location is great, very central, and the view is just beautiful. There is really nothing left to be desired here – we felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. A clear recommendation!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a few days of fun in the snow. Petra is a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Fantastic location right beside city xpress, saved walking through the village in ski boots! Close walk to the lovely town of Zell am see also, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Nice spacious apartment. Thank you

Great place for a summer or winter vacation. Very nice surroundings with many possibilities. The cottage had everything you need - and more. The tiled stove and fireplace are particularly great for relaxing evenings by the fire. For 2 people + dog also the right size. We'd love to come back!

The place was very private and cozy, family oriented. The host was very friendly, helpful and proactive. Beautiful views and the apartment is next to supermarkets, resturaunts , coffee shops and the skii lifts. The best place for family vacation.

The place is very nicely decorated, with a lot of love for detail. You feel completely comfortable and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. Arrival and departure worked without problems and also the contact with Cord was very friendly. I'm sure we'll be back.

We traveled as a couple with a dog. The stay was totally beautiful! You felt right at home. The apartment is cozy and practical. Right outside the front door, of course, is the beautiful Leogang! Everything is within walking distance. We will be back!

We LOVED this home, the area and Lauren’s amazing communication. The town is cute and there is plenty to do in the area. Lauren sends a great list and there are maps in the home. The apartment itself is incredible- views from all balconies, comfortable beds, big bathrooms and a fantastic and fun main living area. We also loved swimming in the lake! We had a great time with two families on the cozy alpine pasture. The Wildkogel, Kitz and Zillertal ski resorts were easily accessible from there.

Beautiful, cozy and spacious apartment. equipped with everything and two good bedrooms. Within walking distance of the ski lift! We had a nice stay with our family!

The location provided a perfect stay for our family. Being to close the the gondola and within walking distance to shipping and restaurants we did not once use our car! Though is was not the easiest to find the communication was great, the place was nicely decorated and everything was very clean and cared for. We would definitely consider a return trip!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. In the morning, have a delicious coffee on the patio while you hear the bees buzz and cow bells ring. It was so quiet and slowing down. You have to be aware that you have to drive relatively much to be able to do different activities, but that is out of proportion to the tranquility you get with the apartment. On a starry night, we could even see the Milky Way. Thanks Else

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at this Airbnb and totally recommend it! The space was perfect for our group of three and had enough space to relax after a long day of skiing. The location was just ideal – just minutes away from the ski lifts, which saved us a lot of time and effort. The surroundings were beautiful and offered us the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking nature. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the time here and would come back anytime.

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. It has underground parking, which was really useful. We went to Sankt Johann, Seineplatte and Kitzbuhel ski resorts during our stay which are all very easy to get to from the apartment. Jennifer was also very responsive during our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely beautiful flat in a very special location. Quick easy drive to gondola for access to slopes. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. Very well appointed and luxurious.
