Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Salzburg

We had such a great time at Woolfgang’s place in Saalbach! The house is spotless and beautifully furnished, bathrooms are modern and very clean, bedrooms are great. There are no photos of the outside of the house in summer - the surroundings are absolutely lovely! We had an amazing view of the mountain from our bedroom. The house is minutes away on foot from the centre of Saalbach which has numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and other facilities. The joker card which Wolfgang provided for us gave us free use of the cable cars which was great, including 2 ascents per day with our bikes which saved us a fortune! I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it was absolutely great :)

a perfect chalet in the middle of the ski village! we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the chalet was, it was like a second home. really well equipped with comfortable furniture and linen. The location was also amazing, very close to the ski lift, restaurants and apres. the view from the chalet and balcony was stunning. it was also nice to have a blue slope right outside to watch skiers, however this slope isn't connected to the others. we would stay here again next time in konigsleiten!

We were allowed to have our first experience with AirBnb with Josef and his family and are absolutely thrilled. The house has a great open plan living area and plenty of space to romp for kids. The many large windows are also fantastic. Also in the bedroom you can look out over a large glass surface to the mountains or the stars. The goats were also a highlight for our children. Opposite the property there is a beautiful forest with a small stream, ideal for a walk or just for playing by the creek. In 5-10 minutes, you will be in the middle of the ski resort. Josef was always easily accessible and was always helpful and very friendly. Had a wonderful time!

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is nicely built, well equipped and has a great view of the surrounding mountain. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (is actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help here via a room scent, which unfortunately only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord, you are also not in it and we were grateful for the help offered.

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, quiet chalet in a tranquil environment, set among beautiful countryside with views to match. Lots of different walks and hikes nearby and local villages within 15 mins drive, should you require them. They also provide breakfast and a home cooked meal service for the times you don't want to prepare anything. The chalet has a very nice sauna and huge ensuite bathrooms in the main bedrooms. Katharina and Andreas are the nicest, most helpful hosts you'll ever meet! I feel so relaxed after the stay. Would definitely stay again and I imagine this would be brilliant in the winter, too!

Great place for a skiing week.

Simply a consistently successful stay. Simon and Karlaine put a lot of effort. There is nothing missing and the apartment has 100% met our expectations. The house has a family cozy character. We were on site for skiing and also found the proximity to the elevator very pleasant. We'll be happy to come back.

We stayed in Neukirchen for a week in January. The apartment: Was just like the photos and description. Perfect place for a relaxing evening on the couch or armchair. The sitting area invites you to eat and play games with a large table. It was particularly good and liked the ski cellar with ski boot heating. Everything's great! About the location: The location of the apartment was really great, the ski lift (the gondola to the middle and mountain station) can be reached in a minute's walk. The Billa is right next door, we also loved. Thank you for a great holiday! 😀

It was a great stay. Everything worked out perfectly, if I had any questions, I wrote a message to the landlord and got an answer immediately. Place was very clean and modernly furnished. Can't complain.

Words cannot express the beauty of this place both inside the Airbnb and outside. You have to come and experience it for yourself! The home was very clean, cozy, well equipped, peaceful, and in walkable distance to the ski lift and local shop and restaurants, and beautiful hiking/skiing trails. The hosts were very friendly and super accommodating. All in all, a super vacation stay. We will for sure be back.

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

Very nice accommodation with great views. The chalet and amenities were top! The wood-fired sauna was a highlight for us. There were six of us and we were very comfortable and at home. Was a great stay at Nicolet's place, happy to come back!

We had a fantastic weekend at Uschi's cabin! The location was simply fantastic – in the middle of nature including a magnificent mountain panorama. The cabin itself is very spacious, both in terms of amenities and in terms of space. We have already rented some cabins, but this one was by far the most spacious and all in all very cozy and welcoming. Communication with Uschi was also smooth and uncomplicated. Therefore, we can only recommend a stay here and would rent the cabin again at any time should we hike in the area.

I can only agree with the other reviews. Annette is a wonderful and very eager hostess, and her log cabin makes you feel right at home. It smells wonderfully of fresh wood, is immaculately clean and quaintly decorated – perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing. Six of us had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The location is also ideal: the lifts are almost right outside the front door. We will be happy to come back!
