Just as listing shows. Only laundry service $100peso for wash&dry. Lovely view of sunrise and boat marina. Very quiet with units on all sides. Patio with jacuzzi tub was nice. There are golf carts, cars, and mopeds for rent for inside the area. Free dolphin shows everyday.

I’ve stayed in this same condo unit four or five times. It’s very quiet and in a perfect location, 2 blocks from the 5th Ave promenade. It’s a small, secure building with a wonderful rooftop pool. A great choice for solo female travelers.

We enjoyed our stay, we would’ve preferred to stay in Unit 1516, but was glad to stay in the smaller unit for the last night. We appreciate Jorge willing to accommodate us so well.

Loved staying at Gabys place. Was perfect for our vacation and was nice to come back to after being out and about. We decided to go scuba diving and it was an incredible experience and Gaby was very helpful in helping to set it up. I would definitely stay there again if I go back.

We had a great time. The accommodations were perfect for us. We loved having the private rooftop to bbq and hot tub. So many restaurants and shopping close by. We spent a month and feel like it wasn’t long enough! The guest services staff and concierge were also outstanding. So attentive. We were sad to go.

Arturo’s place is very nice. Really thoughtfully designed. Beautiful building and amenities. His communication is also great. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend to everyone!

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb!! Host were very accommodating and even provided options for transportation from the airport which was a huge help. Everything from the minute we booked was so smooth because of how helpful and friendly the hosts were. It was an amazing stay because we got so much out of the price we paid. We ended up being about 15 minutes on average walking distance from so many major things especially the beach. Great location and overall I was extremely pleased with my entire stay!! Thank you so much!!

My wife and I stayed 1/27/25 - 3/11/25. We were a 10 minute walk to groceries and 30 minute walk to our favorite beach. Walked to 5th Avenue many times. Condo is very nice and well equipped. Daniela is a great host and answered questions or concerns very quickly. We loved the rooftop pool just hanging out reading and cooling off in the pool. This is located in a neighborhood with dogs that bark and is near the emergency room. Other than that it is an excellent choice and we loved our stay.

If I was ever back in Tulum (though I'm not sure I would choose to be - but totally unrelated to this Airbnb), I would absolutely stay here again. It's beautiful. The decor is spectacular, AC and fans work great, bed and couch were very comfortable, backyard and pool area was stunning. It's close to a lot of great boutiques, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The owners are INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive. Gabriel was there with recommendations and suggestions for things to do and places to eat. If you do stay here, absolutely take advantage of the private chef and private massages - worth every penny in my opinion.

Puerto morelos is a gem!! the apartment is so nice - has everything you need. Big beds and a lovely terrace. The roof is stunning, both pool and jacuzzi were so nice and we had it all to our self ❤️ Everything in town is in walking distance and is so beautiful and we literally had the beach all to our self - the kids made friends with the local kids. We also did amazing snorkelling - if we are ever back in yucatán we will definitely come back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was fortunate to live in Esly and Dario's apartment for several weeks and I can tell you it is a quality apartment, in a local neighborhood with all the necessary shops nearby and restaurants. That's why I decided to renew my reservation, considering both the quality of the apartment and the attention of Darío and Esly. It is a cozy and well-kept apartment. There is a private patio in front of the apartment, with an outdoor table to relax. The internet is excellent, ideal for remote working, and there are two TVs, one of them very large, with all the streaming platforms available. Darío and Esly have a golden care and are willing to help with whatever is necessary. In short, it has everything you need. It is the ideal apartment for your Mérida vacation!

Such a perfect stay for my cousin that stayed in the other apartment across the hall. ( I’ve been staying at Valentina’s other listing since Dec 3rd). The neighborhood is safe, has a washateria, market, and the BEST Tortas for less than 2 dollars, right around the corner. There is also a bakery a few blocks over that is incredible! The water is a short and safe 10 minute walk. You can also catch the Mini red taxis for in town for just 2 or 3 dollars. And of course a regular taxi can take you anywhere on the island. HIGHLY recommend!!

We were comfortable with the arrangement and size of the rental. The king bed and bedroom was roomy enough and comfortable. The kitchen area with chairs and a sofa was fine for us. Small but adequate since we were gone for most of the day. We extended our stay to 2 weeks and we were satisfied with the privacy and security. Yamile was very attentive to any request that we made.

Great spot for a quiet stay. With everything you need for the day to day. Alejandro is always attentive and kind. Highly recommended!

Otto and his wife are great hosts! They were very responsive and make you feel like family. The apartment's living room, dining, kitchen area is cozy, however, the main bedroom is much larger than I expected. They have beach towels and a beach umbrella in the main bedroom that you can use. We put these to great use as we visited a different beach each day we were in cancun. The apartment is a short 4 block walk to the main square when you can catch the bus to the beaches. The bus gets extremely full and it could be difficult to get a seat or even space to stand. An alternate option is to use Uber or Didi for ride share services. There was some construction on the corner as a new restaurant is being built. However, you can only hear the construction in the living room area, not in the main bedroom. This was not an issue for us sleeping in. There is an Oxxo at the end of the block and a Walmart express across the main street. This was very convenient for us.

Evelyn’s apartment is spacious and comfortable in a nice neighborhood. It is easy to get to malls and major attractions. Evelyn is super friendly and easygoing. I loved her place and plan to come back next time.
