Stefanie , is lovely, thoughtful and place is spotless .. as others mentioned on weekends lots of local noise well into the early hours of morning ( overnight).. music , laughter .. local flavour .. if you’re ok with this then dont hesitate to book ! ie location not for everyone but we loved being away from glossy hotel zone ..

Excellent attention is a place that exceeded my Expectations, it is true that when arriving at the hotel they start to tell you about the talk for their memberships but it is only the first day of your arrival and real mete are very friendly... the place is amazing and on the part of the room it is amazing everything as the place is worth every weight of the place...

This was a perfect place for us, in a nice area, parking outside lots of great restaurants a few mins walk away and 2 mins from the beach. What more can you ask for. Oh yes, a lovely roof top terrace. Great find, great time, thanks guys

The house is located on the edge of a very quiet place, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, it is perfect there: private beach, garden with palm trees and seating, terrace to the sea and another terrace with pool. There are two bathrooms and two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and canoe, and also the place has everything you need for an idyllic stay. The house is lovingly furnished, decorated and also nicely lit in the evening. Check-in, out and all communication was straightforward, quick, and very helpful. A car is highly recommended there. Thanks for renting this great house!!

Paola was attentive and available to help out and answer any questions. I went to her bakehouse for coffee daily-included in the rate. The house was in a great location- only 15 minutes away from town by car. We had access to a private beach. The house was spacious and big enough for a house of 4. Fully equipped kitchen. The rooms were big with closets containing everything you may need- beach towels, beach chairs, toys, snorkeling equipment, towels, books. There was fresh drinking water. The place was clean, well kept, beautifully designed with a pretty garden. The place was safe with private security. I would stay in Paola's place again.

This property is exactly as described. It is well built and well appointed with lots of space inside and out. All bedrooms are spacious with roomy bathrooms and large closets. Marianna at Aria Lodgings was the most responsive host we have encountered. She was always helpful and even delivered a hairdryer personally. The beach is small but private and the addition of sand area near the pool was lovely. Highly recommend and hope to come back next year!

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Also, a big thank you to Edwin and his lovely wife who were great neighbors, we only saw them when we needed them ☺️ Jim and Dawn

This house was a fantasy. Incredible attention to detail, interesting architecture and interiors and an extremely comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The views are sounds and friendly staff make this place even better. I will be booking again when I can.

Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

Cecillia and her team were absolutely GREAT! We are so grateful to Bethsua and Jimmy for taking great care of us during our stay! They are both very friendly and always ready to help us with any requests we had! We have been to Isla Mujeres many times and have stayed at amazing Airbnbs on the island. This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed. Check-in was quite easy and has 24/7 security in the lobby. The staffs are quite friendly and willing to help. Despite being steps from 5th Avenue, no noises are heard, so we could spend quite quiet nights. Communication with Fernando was excellent, his responses to our doubts were immediate. If I travel to Playa del Carmen again, I would definitely repeat this apartment.

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.

This is an excellent rental, every detail has been taken care of with an eye for detail. The rental exceeded our expectations. Oscar is a marvellous host, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to rent this or any other property that Oscar has available.

The location was perfect: right on the beach, short walk to the restaurants, shops, main plaza. The pool is great for kiddos. Cece was very responsive, respectful and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Need help finding the place and there are a LOT of stairs. Beds aren’t great and no coffee. But man - literally not a better location on the island and the place is huge with very comfortable space for a couple plus two other real beds. If price isn’t an issue for you, you can’t pick a better place and a more helpful host!
