The Airbnb is in a nice location, close enough to some nice restaurants and cafes. Also a very short car ride to the city center. Ubers and Didis are easily accessible. Stefania is a great host, very responsive and helpful!

Everything was very incredible! The view was the maximum, the room was very clean and with everything you need!! Very nice all the experience, I'm sure we'll be back!! Super recommend to everyone!!

I can’t say enough about this fabulous place!! The hosts, the location, the bright open studio concept with peekaboo view of the ocean, the large open patio and proximity of literally steps away from the beach are at the top of my wow list. This is a fantastic rental for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Puerto Moreles for an affordable stay. The bed was comfortable and the nights were peaceful and quiet. The bonus of beach chair with umbrella and the bike was awesome. I have already booked for next year and highly recommend this place. The three of us stayed at the property for 5 nights. The driveway to the house is quite long, so you don't see it at first glance. From the outside, it seems a little inconspicuous, but as soon as you open the entrance gate, you will be greeted directly by the beautiful outdoor terrace with pool. It all looks lovingly decorated and fits well with the surroundings. The two bedrooms were perfect for us in size. We were also located that there were two toilets. The kitchen and living/dining area are well equipped and offer everything you need. Breathtaking for us was the back part of the house that led directly to the beach. Everything was wonderfully maintained and at the same time natural and very private. The hosts were very helpful and always available. The center of Telchac Puerto can be reached on foot along the beach in about 45 minutes. Car is recommended in this area if you want to do something. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Paola was a great host, responsive, and gave clear instructions on how to get into property, how to access the beach, local recommendations. Her place was as advertised, the A/C worked great, hot water was good. There was everything needed for the private beach, towels, chairs, snorkel equipment. Wi-Fi worked well. As with most places staying abroad bring your own roku, or Amazon, chrome cast to use tv. Other than that it was amazing, kitchen worked well for our private dinner we set up. Would 100% return.

This is the most gorgeous home on the ocean that we saw. The kitchen has quality utensils, the living areas are lovely, the bedrooms are large, and the pool house is so nice for breakfast, happy hour, or watching the surf roll in.

It’s a great home base, pretty strong wifi and comfortable house. The master bed is like a soft pillow, a bit too soft to sleep on for longer than a day or two, but it was very cozy! The other beads were more firm. The sheets and blankets and pillows were older but clean. The shower water system works as well as can be expected - it heats up in about 25 minutes, not bad! Flip the switch and then wait for a bit before you have a shower, no problem. The water pressure is very low, as it is in many little towns we’ve visited. Tony cleaned the beach for us, so sweet. There were tons and tons of shells on the beach, it was cool to find nice ones and make a collection while we were there. Progreso was nice little town with a cool beach front parade with food carts and entertainers - it was a cool experience on a Sunday night but the e following days was dead! Must be times with the cruise ships arrival! Chicxulub was not impressive but no big deal since it’s just a little town.

This house was just what we needed. I didn't have to rush to get a good chair by the ocean because 2 were always waiting for us each morning. The kitchen is stocked with items to make yourself right at home. I will say the road to get the this location is over the top bumpy. It actually felt like we were in a cartoon as we made our way down the road. Once you make it to Mac's place you quickly realize that the bumps were all worth it!

This house was a fantasy. Incredible attention to detail, interesting architecture and interiors and an extremely comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The views are sounds and friendly staff make this place even better. I will be booking again when I can.

Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

Cecillia and her team were absolutely GREAT! We are so grateful to Bethsua and Jimmy for taking great care of us during our stay! They are both very friendly and always ready to help us with any requests we had! We have been to Isla Mujeres many times and have stayed at amazing Airbnbs on the island. Mayakita is now our very favorite place to stay and we will be back in the future! Thank you again for another fantastic experience!! We will see you again soon!!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed. Check-in was quite easy and has 24/7 security in the lobby. The staffs are quite friendly and willing to help. Despite being steps from 5th Avenue, no noises are heard, so we could spend quite quiet nights. Communication with Fernando was excellent, his responses to our doubts were immediate. If I travel to Playa del Carmen again, I would definitely repeat this apartment.

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.

The view was stunning and pictures are not making any justice of how beautiful it looks. Nicole helped us with everything we needed until we left. Will return soon God Willing and check her other Penthouses in the same building.. Excellent host and beautiful condo!!

We needed a day to continue enjoying the stay in Oscar's apartment and the beautiful beaches of Progreso. Oscar is a very good host for being aware and taking care of every detail of the place. Totally recommended and of course we will return God through. 😃

We stayed at Michael’s place for 5 nights. It was a very nice, quiet, clean condo. Views from the veranda were beautiful! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and anything you might like to explore. Christina was very helpful with all of our questions and responded quickly to them all! Would definitely come back and stay here again next time we visit.

The location was perfect: right on the beach, short walk to the restaurants, shops, main plaza. The pool is great for kiddos. Cece was very responsive, respectful and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great spot for our family to relax and explore Puerto Morelos. Two spacious bedrooms, with bathrooms in each. It was nice having AC and a washer and dryer. Decks with a view, a pool, and a beach out front with lounge chairs with a beach club next door to grab a piña colada and to hear some music. We didn’t cook because there were so many great restaurants to check out. We walked everywhere on the Portside and ordered a taxi when we went to Colonia - don’t miss the churros in the park! Cathy was great at sharing her favorite places, answering my questions, and making sure someone was there to let us in.
