The Airbnb is in a nice location, close enough to some nice restaurants and cafes. Also a very short car ride to the city center. Ubers and Didis are easily accessible. Stefania is a great host, very responsive and helpful!

Everything was very incredible! The view was the maximum, the room was very clean and with everything you need!! Very nice all the experience, I'm sure we'll be back!! Super recommend to everyone!!

Vela’s Condos have been my go to stay in Puerto Morelos! It is located with beach access and located close to everything! You are only a few minutes walk away from everything! Great safe place to stay!

After another host cancelled our 2-night stay in Tulum between Christmas and New Year's eve, we found ourselves searching for a great place at a reasonable price during peak tourist season! Thankfully, Wiggie & Christopher saved the day. The balcony with a view on the crashing waves was awesome. And so was the early check-in! Highly recommended!

My husband and I had such a wonderful week's stay here. The hotel complex is small, but so nice and quiet. The restaurants on site, as well as those next door at the international, were delicious. From being greeted by the bell boy and brought right to our room, to the food and drink service on the beach, it was a welcoming and comfortable stay. The spa next door at the international was wonderful, we did a couples massage (as we could never get the spa on site to get us scheduled, but that ended up being fine as next door was welcoming as well). Everything in Juan's place worked well and was clean. When we asked for extra towels after a big rain storm when ours got soaked, we had extras within 30 minutes. Very kind and very accommodating. We are already planning to come back with our kids soon!

I can’t say enough about this fabulous place!! The hosts, the location, the bright open studio concept with peekaboo view of the ocean, the large open patio and proximity of literally steps away from the beach are at the top of my wow list. This is a fantastic rental for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Puerto Moreles for an affordable stay. The bed was comfortable and the nights were peaceful and quiet. The bonus of beach chair with umbrella and the bike was awesome. I have already booked for next year and highly recommend this place. The House is beautiful beautiful view and beautiful beaches I really recommend it

We love Telchac and have stayed in a number of homes on the beach there. This was one of our absolute favourites. The back of the house was completely secure with a cute swimming pool and covered terrace with a table and chairs. The front also had a wide covered terrace with views to the seafront. The property was very well kept and the sandy area leading the beach was full of native beach plants, which attracted butterflies and added to an authentic tropical beach feel. The house was cutely decorated with all kinds of beach themed art and nick knacks. She showers had nice hot water and pressure and the kitchen was fully equipped. The beach location is far enough from town and larger properties to be very peaceful and private. We had our dog with us and he loved it there as much as we did.

Paola was the hostess with the mostess! She was very accommodating and helpful to answer all questions. She had a motorbike delivered at reasonable price, was great with recommendations and helped us with everything. The space was beautiful and quiet and the beach walkable. I would stay here again in this oasis. Also nice touch she provided snorkel gear and a lot of other helpful amenities like games, big spray and more!

Just as described in the listing, it is a beautifully appointed home. I absolutely loved the architecture and details throughout. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed multiple meals in the home. A few basics would have been appreciated like coffee, oil, etc. but on a trip to Merida we were able to get groceries and it worked out great! The malecón nearby is beautiful with many restaurants. Our favorite restaurant there was Mobula. We didn’t get a chance t enjoy the pool due to a cold front that swept through, but maybe on our next trip back.

We had a very good stay at this house and would have liked to be there longer. The location is exceptional, right on the sand. I don't know if it was the time of year, but the neighborhood and surrounding homes were very quiet (which we really liked!). It was peaceful and relaxing. The house is large and can comfortably hold many more people than the two of us. All of the bedrooms are spacious and most have their own bathroom. This would be a great place for families or a small group traveling together. We had a rental car, which is highly recommended; there is nothing in the immediate walkable area in terms of food, shops, etc. Tony the groundskeeper was friendly and we were happy to have him there. Gabriel was responsive and had great communication. Helpful tip: we discovered that the water pressure is best in the downstairs shower!

Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

Can't say enough good things about our stay at Mayakita! Everyone -- from Cecilia to Beth and Jimmy -- were so incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel very welcome and accommodating any request we threw their way. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We loved using the pool, especially in the evenings after long days in the sun. The food at the restaurant is out of this world, and it was so convenient to walk over and grab a meal or coffee when we wanted it. We also loved the location, on the quieter side of the island. And you really cannot beat the absolutely stunning view of the beach from every vantage point in the villa. Book this place!

From the day of reservation Fernando communicated to verify all the data and be aware of everything, a day before arriving was communicated to confirm the time of the entrance and a few hours before arriving I send everything I need to enter the place. Very friendly and very attentive to the questions we had. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

Although I answered the questions, I personally did not stay. My niece and her friend who did stay there were very happy. Both of the ladies are professional personal house keepers so their expectation for cleanliness is high. I frequently got pictures as well and conversations regarding on how much they loved the place. the hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the neighbours were great. Made some good friends. I personally will be booking if I go, and the girls will be making their appointments around the vacancy dates when they have have to return. Loved it. Would recommend highly

We ended up here on a whim as our original Airbnb we had turned out to be a bust. Cherri saved us by letting us book 30 min before we arrived and walking into her place felt like a dream. The views are breathtaking and the place was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could think of and felt just like home. Check in for us was late in the day but the process was simple and keys were right where they were supposed to be. The breakfast place across the street was phenomenal and we went twice in three days. There’s only A/C in the bedroom but great cross ventilation in the rest of the living space. Easy walk to Akumal beach or the lagoon. Would definitely stay here again.

Cece was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with. The apartment is as pictured and has all the basics you need. It is very clean. The bed is a bit hard but overall it is comfortable. The location is fantastic.its right in front of the beach and the pool is lovely. Its an easy walk to town on the road or the beach with lots of wonderful restaurants and access to the grocery store. We had a wonderful stay and have already booked a return visit! Booked a snorkel tour with Cece and it was fabulous.
