We had a nice day and two nights. It was a great experience being in the jungle, we wanted to be in solitude and spend quality time which we had, except in 1 moment that while I was in the bathroom there were people outside talking and it gave me a lot of nerve because it looked directly as we were in the house 1 that is very close to the street. We also touched by rain and the water got a little through the mosquito net at the top of the room, so the road was very badly full of gigantic potholes full of water. As for everything else, it was very nice to be there 😊

Everything was excellent with our place, Daniel was always on the lookout and showed flexibility with check-in times. Orlando was super friendly and attentive in every aspect.

Nice villa with comfortable beds and AC. Well equipped. We stayed mid-week and the pool was almost always empty. Provided a nice relaxing vacation. Loved the patio chairs and bug spray was provided.

Roxana was always on the lookout and communication was super good. Everything was excellent in the accommodation, there was no fault of anything. The place is quiet and comfortable, the house has everything that comes in the description, it is spacious and everything is very nice. The area is very quiet and is 5 minutes from the beach by car.

absolutely beautiful. it is in the middle of the jungle so be prepared for the long travel but it is absolutely worth it. we loved the hot tub and spent so many hrs in it throughout the night. highly recommending it.

One of the most unique stays we have experienced! We already can't wait to go back. The cacao ceremony was very memorable, as were the sunrises on the rooftop that is bustling with jungle life. The road to get here is tough, but it is well worth it. Love that it is off-grid!

Arturo was very nice and quick to answer. From the beginning he gave a lot of information about the place and what we could do to take advantage of our trip. The part we liked the whole apartment was the kitchen area, dining room, living room and terrace area, with an amazing view and spaciousness that is enjoyed very much for large families like ours. It was not easy to find a place with 5 rooms and this is a very good option. On the other hand, we were happy with the recommendation of Lulu and Fátima, who cook delicious and very hearty typical food. Two days in a row we had breakfast, ate and had dinner there, how rich everything they prepared for us was. Thank you very much for everything

Unforgettable experience in the middle of nature! We stayed in this beautiful jungle house and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the peace and quiet, surrounded by flora and fauna. It is also nearby the village for anyone who needs to buy inputs or want to connect with local people. The house is spotless, with rustic but elegant decor, very well equipped and all necessary amenities. It's an open house, with mosquito nets and completely self-sufficient and environmentally friendly. The internet is fast and stable, we use the grill, we shower outdoors and we saw the stars from the roof. But also the temazcal, organic orchard, pools and rides in the community common areas are well worth it! What really fell in love with us was the feeling of being completely immersed in the jungle. Liliana was very helpful and kind.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for us. The house was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a long stay, making us feel right at home. The location was simply ideal: just one block from the beach, which allowed us to enjoy the ocean every day, and so close to local restaurants and shops—everything was within reach! Honestly, this place has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Thank you for making our experience so special! We definitely want to come back!

The house is very nice, delicious the hot water from the bathroom showers, the pool is excellent in size, very much the TV in the room, the location of the house is very close to oxxo, very close to progress. Overall we were very comfortable and hope to return soon. Thank you

This is a little piece of paradise. Everything you need for a peaceful break and a lovely stretch of beach a few steps away.

The garden and pool were lovely. It was a very relaxing place to stay Gorge (Benjamin's father) is a really nice man and helpful. He was always giving us tomatoes from his garden. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed was comfortable and good shower. Patio is nicely set up and very comfortable Only drawback is the nearest supermarket and restaurants were 30 minute walk away.

We enjoyed the gastronomy of Kantunilkin, it was our starting point for Holbox, El Cuyo beach, Chichen , we share with family and friends. The house is very comfortable in an excellent location. I wish we could return

The house is well located, is in a quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute walk from downtown and the market

It was great to have a place a bit off the beaten path, the kitchen had enough utensils, and things to do cooking, and the pool was always so refreshing to come back to you. Joe, the local host on the ground, attended to our minimal request right away. an important factor is that they supplied bikes, which was perfect for our family of four to bomb around the laid-back island. Anytime of day or night, that was amazing. Also, when Joe saw our youngest was sleeping on cushions, she wanted her own little bed, we came backto an air mattress already inflated! They supplied drinking water and it was neat to have a mini community with a three other cottages. It was a lovely experience.

A peaceful and magical place. Please go out at night to look at the starry sky. We loved the stay.

Really recommend this place if you are looking for an escape from the city. We loved the position, the furnishing and the space with the pool and all the jungle the surrounds you. The place is 20min away from tulum so you need a car, but in the near area you have small markets, restaurants and also cenotes. The host was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We really recommend this place and I hope we will have the chance to come back!

The place is great, it has everything you need as if I was at home, what I loved the most was the kitchen has everything. Only if I would have liked a more comfortable place to roast meat like all Mexican, it is very retired and if very zancudo....but it is part of the gardens. But itself excellent. I recommended it 100-+%. Thank you very much

Gineli with Vacasa is awesome. She is extremely responsive and resourceful. The property matches the description of two separate units (one on top of the other) with full size beds in each unit. Please be mindful when you wish to cross from the north side to the south side (at the split) you will need to use the “water ferry”. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed spending much time in it. The pier was nice to walk down and relax on at the end of the day. BRING BUG SPRAY! Holy mosquitoes, which should be expected. Restaurant: North side happy lobster is nearby. They will come and pick you up and/or deliver food free of charge. This property was exactly what we needed for our lovely vacation in Caye Caulker.
