Excellent stay, also excellent location

Excellent place to stay, my night was a previous night of going to Calakmul, which is between the closest thing to the ruins of Calakmul and in the morning they gave us a boxlunch 👍

I stayed two days and very well the stay and location , I walked around the whole area and very safe everything, thank you for the kindness and communication, I hope to return soon 🙏🏽

the house is well located,to go to the tourist places, the house is missing some maintenance but has everything you need.

We stayed one night to visit Calakmul. As soon as we arrive the host gives us the relevant information for Calakmul with a small lunch box in the morning. Clean place, corresponding to photos. Recommended:)

The location was great if you are looking to party at Coco Bongos, it was only about 5-7 minute walk there. We had lots of fun playing beer pong in the common area and enjoying the live music. This is definitely a place to stay out if you're looking for the party scene. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times.

I definitely enjoyed my stay. While I'm not a fan of hostels, the private queen bedroom was a good option for a quick stay. In the room, the sheets, bathroom, and room was generally tidy. The room definitely showed the properties age with some deterioration on the walls in the corners, but generally that's what I'd expect in a hostel in a beachfront area where that sort of warping is common. Beyond that the room was pretty no frills, but had a nice lounge sofa & TV. The walls were pretty thin, after 1-2am it quiets down, but you'll know if your neighbor sets an alarm. It seems like the listing I booked was for a particular room (204) which was at the end of the second floor next to a work area and small library lounge. Decent digs all in all! I hadn't realized a free breakfast off the menu was included (which was delicious and paired well w/ some quality Bloody Marys).

The place is nice, but you should be very aware that you are going to share your stay with other people

From being greeted to being fired, everything was perfect. Always kind, helpful, they consent you, never hear a "no". They're looking for a way to help even if it's not their area. Guests, Cleaning area, food and drinks, tours; they all manage to make you feel a nostalgia when you leave. Thank you for everything! I look forward to coming back soon <3

The stay is very pleasant, the location is very good, as it is two blocks from 5th Avenue and nearby you will find many food options. Definitely back 😊

The place, it's nicer than it looks in pictures, the hammocks, amazing, and common spaces that are a luxury, like the pool table.

A beautiful colonial-era farm that offers plenty of space to relax, have breakfast, or dinner. The room is simple, but completely sufficient due to the spacious outdoor area. Everything was spotlessly clean, and communication with Carlos was extremely friendly and respectful. The kitchen is small but has enough space to cook on your own. Overall, I am very satisfied – the most beautiful farm I have seen in Mexico so far. Absolutely recommended!
