Bach & Minh are very responsive to any issues and are proactive to inform us of things to take note for places we are visiting. Rooms are well furnished and bed and blankets are very comfortable. Just take note that there is no lift.

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

Anna's place was fantastic. It was newly renovated with stylish fittings and nice furniture. It was very clean and pleasant to relax in after a day of exploring Hanoi. I would highly recommend Anna's place.

Thinh & My were extremely helpful during our stay at their BnB. Their place is amazing, large and comfy, and well located too. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who plans on visiting Hanoi as part of a large group.

We had a lovely stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. I love these old style buildings where there is so much life inside and out. It was great to have a balcony but with the doors closed there is not much noise (and the street is quiet at night). We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful she even gave us the use of a washing machine and luggage storage. A great experience thank you!

Our stay was amazing! The host was extremely respectful and responsive, always replying quickly to any questions. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was incredibly accommodating. The house itself was spacious and fantastic. The only minor downside is that it’s about a 15 minute ride to the main area, but Grab rides were always under $3, making it very affordable. Overall, this place offers incredible value for the price!

This apartment was fantastic! It is perfectly located in the old quarter. Everything is only 5-10 minutes walk away (markets and shops, even less). Restaurants just a couple of short blocks away, and train street about 10mins. We had a huge street market outside the door on two nights. A little noisy, but great vibe. (Double glazing on the doors cancelled 90% of the noise). There was heaps of space in the apartment. We had two families and young adult children. The lounge was small, but we barely used it. Netflix on the TV helped to relax after a long day. Likewise, kitchen was small, but we ate out all the time. Filtered water tap was an essential plus. All the beds had clean, fresh linen and were very comfortable. Washer and drier were handy after a few long days. Air-conditioning in the rooms, another essential that was well used. Importantly, the apartment was very secure, but easy for us to come and go any time without having to share keys etc. We felt safe. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment with lots of space. Very comfortable place to stay, we loved it and have no complaints. It was nice to have a water jug in the room, and laundry services downstairs. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The place is great.

We booked Leo Homestay last minute at very affordable price for our trip in Hanoi. The space, furnitures and amenities are just like photos. It has cozy vibe just like returning back home. Other than that, it’s located center of Hanoi, very convenient to travel Hanoi iconic sites. Hosts are very supportive and friendly. Definitely will comeback if we’re in Hanoi again.

Had a lovely stay here! Host was attentive and responsive and the unit was lovely. Quieter area a ways out of old town (about a 15m drive) but cabs are affordable and pretty easy to come by.

After typhoon Yagi hit Northern Vietnam, the area where I am living in Hanoi was flooded and I needed place to stay for a few days that allows pets immediately. I needed to book and move there within hours. I found Huy and Nhung's place. Nhung responded my questions very quickly and accepted my bookings within minutes. When we arrived exhausted and terrified because the water has started to get in my house, Nhung welcomed us with a kind and friendly smile. During our stay, she was very attentive and all our requests were met very quickly. The place was clean and look exactly like the photos. There are some shops and small restaurants in the area. Only one thing is that the place is near the main street so you can hear noises from vehicles from the street. Highly recommended.

From check-in to mid-cleaning, it was so good. The location was good, so I never used a taxi or Grab ^ ^ I think I'll visit again if I go again next time!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, exactly as described in the listing. Van Anh was very responsive and helpful. Although I fell sick during my stay over New Year’s Eve, I still got to enjoy the fireworks from the balcony. It was truly lovely 😊. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had all the basic amenities you’d need. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return!

Beautiful clean house, civilized, busy, convenient travel.

The replacement apartment corresponded to the previously prescribed standard, was lovingly furnished. The house, pool and surroundings are very clean and well maintained. The arrival was a bit bumpy due to water damage, the address change came only when we were traveling by taxi and led to confusion and additional costs. The landlady was very eager in the situation. For the 5l drinking water, which were provided at our request, because of the late arrival, the double store price was required upon departure. The bed may meet local requirements, for Europeans, the stone-hard mask is also an imposition with an installation. The kitchen equipment is very minimalist and should be extended for good usability. At 7 nights, the used white towels were not changed but criticized as too dirty, with the note there is a washing machine. Unusual for me as a guest so far.
