Amazing host! Made our stay in Hanoi really great. Very prompt at responding and gave us some great recommendations, organised our airport transfer and even dropped off a big teddy bear for the kids! Rooms were spacious and clean - comfy beds. Perfect location with everything you need in walking distance. Everything was easy from when we landed to the end of our trip. Highly recommend

Bach & Minh are very responsive to any issues and are proactive to inform us of things to take note for places we are visiting. Rooms are well furnished and bed and blankets are very comfortable. Just take note that there is no lift.

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

At first, I felt the lengthy instruction/communication was excessive, but after my first couple hours, I felt the instructions were necessary. Anna just wanted to make sure her tenants get what they need for the comfortable stays. It was nice of her to come by to greet us. If anyone is questioning about the safeties of this place, rest assure this street is surrounded by mostly military, government offices and housing. Yet, it is within waking distance to the old Town and attractions. Small recommendation: issue two keycards to allow those who go to bed early not be bothered by all-nighter. Disappointment: Anna recommended a good restaurant which I tried to reserve to celebrate my son's birthday. Turned out the entire space was booked by some company on the day we needed it. Bummer ....

Great place for a big group! 3 floors of bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundry, kitchen, etc. Great wifi. Loved it

We had a lovely stay in Hanoi Old Quarter. I love these old style buildings where there is so much life inside and out. It was great to have a balcony but with the doors closed there is not much noise (and the street is quiet at night). We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful she even gave us the use of a washing machine and luggage storage. A great experience thank you!

Our stay was amazing! The host was extremely respectful and responsive, always replying quickly to any questions. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was incredibly accommodating. The house itself was spacious and fantastic. The only minor downside is that it’s about a 15 minute ride to the main area, but Grab rides were always under $3, making it very affordable. Overall, this place offers incredible value for the price!

This apartment was fantastic! It is perfectly located in the old quarter. Everything is only 5-10 minutes walk away (markets and shops, even less). Restaurants just a couple of short blocks away, and train street about 10mins. We had a huge street market outside the door on two nights. A little noisy, but great vibe. (Double glazing on the doors cancelled 90% of the noise). There was heaps of space in the apartment. We had two families and young adult children. The lounge was small, but we barely used it. Netflix on the TV helped to relax after a long day. Likewise, kitchen was small, but we ate out all the time. Filtered water tap was an essential plus. All the beds had clean, fresh linen and were very comfortable. Washer and drier were handy after a few long days. Air-conditioning in the rooms, another essential that was well used. Importantly, the apartment was very secure, but easy for us to come and go any time without having to share keys etc. We felt safe. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment with lots of space. Very comfortable place to stay, we loved it and have no complaints. It was nice to have a water jug in the room, and laundry services downstairs. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I could not recommend this homestay more, it was our favourite place we've stayed in our entire 6 week long trip in Vietnam! 🇻🇳 The place itself is so spacious and beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. We could really envision ourselves living there long-term. The use of washing machine & dryer are so handy. The hosts speak perfect English and were so incredibly helpful. When I got sick they offered to take me to the hospital and organise transport for me. They gave us extra towels, extra blankets and offered late checkout. They recommended great places to eat and the whole family were so generous and helpful. Book it now!

After typhoon Yagi hit Northern Vietnam, the area where I am living in Hanoi was flooded and I needed place to stay for a few days that allows pets immediately. I needed to book and move there within hours. I found Huy and Nhung's place. Nhung responded my questions very quickly and accepted my bookings within minutes. When we arrived exhausted and terrified because the water has started to get in my house, Nhung welcomed us with a kind and friendly smile. During our stay, she was very attentive and all our requests were met very quickly. The place was clean and look exactly like the photos. There are some shops and small restaurants in the area. Only one thing is that the place is near the main street so you can hear noises from vehicles from the street. Highly recommended.

From check-in to mid-cleaning, it was so good. The location was good, so I never used a taxi or Grab ^ ^ I think I'll visit again if I go again next time!

we loved this place! it was perfectly furnitured and decorated and we appreciated the cleanliness. The apartment is overlooking truc Bach lake, and occasionally gives a beautiful view of the sunset. At the other side of the lake you can rent a swan to ride in the lake. There’s so many lovely cafes around the lake where you can sit at the front of the water. The apartment was a little hard to find, it’s inside a cafe however it doesn’t look the pictures of the storefront uploaded and the elevator is behind a curtain. Otherwise the lock box and key were easy to use.

The room was great, at one of the newer towers in Ecopark. Great view from bedroom window. Facilities are quality and in great condition. The kitchen is well-equiped for some light cooking. The living-room space is huge and comfy to share with friends for a meal or movies. The host was really helpful and attentive through chat or call. It was an enjoyable staycation.
